Brilliant apartment in a great location, 2 mins walk to the gondola but off the main road so quiet and peaceful, great ski rent shop downstairs, everything on your doorstep, would definitely come back

Olga was an amazing hostess!! She was so responsive to all our needs before and during the trip. If we needed anything brought to the apartment, she was so timely to respond, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was super comfortable for our group of five adults and had everything we needed. Ski in ski out convenience was superb. The apartment had lockers on the bottom floor for our ski equipment making it so simple to ski in and ski out :) One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had!

Great place to visit ! Amazing view, cozy interior , fireplace inside , you will not hear any additional noise from outside , just nature and you ! Vazha is a local man doing this business very well and with great hospitality!

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Tea's apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The communication with Tea was easy and smooth. The location is great, close to everything - ski lift, ski rentals, cafes, restaurants, markets. I strongly recommend Tea's apartment.

From the best experience ever , the cottage is great and has double view from rooms and Quad view from downstairs, The area is very safe despite of it quietness , the stairs-is little stiff so better to backwards while stepping down for safety, you can walk few meters to reach the frozen river , zezva’s home is well equipped with everything you need so Don’t worry and go ahead enjoying this experience.
