We had a great stay at Ludwig and Noemi's. The small apartment with everything you need is super central and at the same time quiet. Ideal for us for our stop in Regensburg on our bike trip along the Danube bike path. Ludwig and Noemi welcomed us warmly, communication and check-in were very straightforward and nice. Glad to come back!

Katrin is a very sweet and always available hostess, all in all the accommodation was great :)

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

Regina is an incredibly kind and helpful host—highly recommend staying at her apartment!

The apartment on the island of Stadtamhof is in a quiet location. Local, stone bridge, shopping is 5 minutes away. At the same time, you can take nice walks on the banks of the Danube arms, lie under trees and listen to the birdsong. The apartment is simply furnished and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were relaxed. Glad to come back!

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

Christian was very friendly, gave clear instructions to arrive at the place and helped us with check in late in the evening. The house was perfect for an overnight stay. Gladly again.

Access to the apartment worked perfectly. The parking in the yard was perfect. The modern and very tastefully decorated apartment was in a super clean condition. The kitchen offers almost everything you need for cooking. Even some spices, as well as dishwashing and cleaning supplies were available. Despite its central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet and we slept wonderfully in the box spring bed! On the day of arrival, we found that no German television station could be received. There were only Czech programs.(The Czech previous tenant had obviously completely changed everything to Czech). Fortunately, Manuel was nearby and came to us immediately. After about 1/2 hour, he had solved the problem. We got to know Manuel as a very likeable and helpful young man! Communication also worked very well in advance. We were guests in the apartment for a week and would come back at any time!

The apartment is really stellar!! Beautiful surroundings wonderful hosts and great proximity to everywhere! I was visiting my son in Vilseck and the location couldnt have been more perfect. Simone was very accommodating and the apartment is perfection, quiet and comfortable=)

There were five of us staying with Heinz. The apartment was fantastically beautiful, especially of course the large terrace and the garden. But also from the sofa, we could look into the countryside or at the Danube thanks to the many low windows. Furthermore, the accommodation was a great starting point for many great excursions. We felt very comfortable.

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The place was super clean and very lovingly furnished. Everything was available for a smooth stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too. There is a hair dryer and even a straightener. We were very pleased with the easy-to-use grill and the time in the hot tub was also very relaxing. We had a wonderful time out here and will come back and definitely recommend the place. Thank you dear Katrin, for this lovingly furnished accommodation.

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

This place absolutely enriched our stay! 🥰 The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very well connected – a Rewe is right around the corner, a larger shopping center can be reached quickly. Andrea welcomed us warmly, showed and explained everything, she was always available to us and incredibly caring and hospitable. We immediately felt at home. Particularly nice were the loving little things that Andrea provided – such as a face mask, various care products or the spontaneous offer to drive with the hostess personally by car to the city. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and well equipped – we lacked nothing. A real highlight: the hot tub – already preheated with fresh water at the perfect temperature upon arrival.
