Oak house - exceptional design and location..

We are happy to offer our completely renovated apartment. To rebuild and design our property we used mainly natural materials and we didn't save anything to accomplish our goal and make this condo perfect. Everything in the apartment is new, done with a lot of heart and desire. The exceptional location in the best living area in Sofia would give peace to anyone, whether in town on business or pleasure. The apartment was a perfect choice for our 5 nights in Sofia. We loved the combination of modern comforts with the strong and evocative sense of family history. We enjoyed staying opposite a beautiful park and on the edge of a quiet, leafy area with lots of cafes and restauants. There is also a Lidl supermarket close by. The public transport options were excellent with trams and metro within 5 minutes walk, which made it very easy to explore this beautiful city and to access the airport and central train and bus stations. Because the apartment is on a busy street, there was inevitably some street noise (mainly from the trams) but the bedroom and living room were quiet. Venko's check-in instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems accessing the apartment. Thanks, Venko, for a great stay!

Todor’s apartment is just around 20 min from city centre and a great place to stay in Sofia. It has good connectivity even during night. Apartment was clean and had all basic facilities. Todor was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions to visit nearby cities.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Ivans place and it was fabulous. The apartment was spotless and extremely modern and well equipped. Check in was super easy and Ivan supplied a video beforehand, which was a huge help as we arrived about 1am! Just be aware there is no lift and a fair few flights of stairs, which, with heavy suitcases, might be an issue for some. It was fine for us. The apartment is safe and well positioned for seeing the sights. I would definitely return here. Thanks Ivan!
