It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you're looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don't want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you'll have the whole place.
