This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. Welcome to Morningstar! Located right in the heart of Amsterdam. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Our house on the Koggeplaet in Elahuizen has a beautiful unobstructed view over de Fluessen, with a lake terrace. Also there is a terrace on the harbor and a sheltered seating area! Our house is in the middle of the water sports area of Friesland. A beautiful place for boating, swimming, cycling, hiking or skating! And a golf course and the forest are also nearby! From July 4th to September 5th, we rent our house weekly (or several weeks). Arrival and departure day is Friday.

Het huisje is efficient ingedeeld en modern ingericht. De tuin is bijna 1000m2 en heeft een grote picnictafel, trampoline, schommel en speelhuisje. Er zijn fietsen aanwezig voor volwassenen en (jonge) kinderen. Geen verhuur aan groepen. Max 1 gezin, max 4 personen, geen honden.
