The place is perfect for lazy summer days with swimming, fishing or walks in the area around Lysefjorden. The cabin has a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. In addition, there are outdoor areas for badminton and croquet with a fantastic view.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transportation. If you are visiting Pulpit Rock you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to parking space and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walking from the apartment. Good swimming opportunities both in the sea and river a few minutes walk from the apartment. Sandvolleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
