The apartment is beautiful, organized and has a great location. Great for two people. I Recommend! Paola is very kind, attentive and proactive. It responds super fast and removes all questions with a lot of patience.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The employees are extremely kind and helped us upon arrival. There is a little noise in the countryside, but very low due to the apt being high and it is also not something that hinders the experience.. the region is apparently quiet. Plus the view is amazing! When we entered the apartment was clean and organized. The host was always available for questions and was flexible about checking in, which helped a lot! The apartment is equipped exactly as in the listing description. It was a great experience!

The communication was incredible, the building is super comfortable, new and super safe, and the automatic check-in is great. Communication was a 10. If you go to San Pablo, stay in the loft!

There is no problem except that the refrigerator is making too much noise. Everyone may not be bothered by this. It is a situation that should be taken care of.

My stay was great! Vanessa answered my doubts and supported us the first day. The location of the apartment is excellent. The space is beautiful, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Also, the building is very secure. I recommend it to everyone!

Livia’ flat is homely and comfortable. My friend and I stayed there for two weeks. Everything is provided, we really appreciated the extra towels and bedding ( plenty provided). Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the area is quite busy. Pool and gym are nice but there is not much sun by the pool due to its location. Recommended place.

Simply amazing! The flat is super clean, well organized and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I felt at home every day I was there. The location is great, and the atmosphere is cozy. I loved the experience and will definitely be back!

BETTER THAN THE LISTING!!! Communication with Renato was dynamic, clear and fast, it helped me in everything I needed. We were very well received by the condo staff, very easy and quick checkin. We went with a 2-year-old who went to the beach walking quietly, because it was very close. The very good beach service, besides having more chairs in the apt if you need it. The balcony is closed with glass, safe for those who go with children. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, with clean linens and changes if needed, it has pillows and several mattresses. The apê is equipped with everything for long stays, kitchen items, cleaning and others. The condominium has several game rooms for those who want to take vacations, toys and huge pool… everything from the 9th 22nd. MY FAMILY LOVED The STAY, sorry it was short… we came away wanting to go back and stay 1 month. Of the Airbnb that we already have, with ctz one of the best.. ah, for those who want safety for sightseeing, is the place! SUPER RECOMMEND!

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

The lodging at Jayme's house is great. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, which makes all the difference in this absurd heat you are making. In addition, the house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The region is a delight to walk and of great location. When I arrived I was bothered only by a hair in the bathroom... but the cleaning service is outsourced, I believe it was a one-off problem, because in addition, it was all clean. Ah, the building is also a charm apart, which offers all possible amenities.

We love the days we spent in Riviera! The condominium is amazing, we take great advantage of the swimming pool and the beach that is nearby and has access inside the condominium! Accommodations are great, very neat and comfortable! We'll come back other times.

i was positively surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment that is well equipped with dishes, appliances, trays and pots and pans, dish towels, cleaning products. Everything very ok . the condominium,the beach the clubhouse with pool , restaurant, game room is all too top. I just didn't enjoy it due to the rainy weather on the second day I was there. the apartment is right in front of the club. anyway , I loved everything. nothing to complain about.

A house with excellent structure, very well accommodated our family (with 10 people), very safe, calm, delicious, people who work in the condominium and in the house all very cordial. Casa offers a lot of convenience. we'll be back for sure.

What a wonderful home! Beautiful, exactly like in the pictures, very well-equipped, clean, illuminated and very well located. The condominium is very charming, quiet, organized. The pool is sensational, the gym has everything to do a good workout. Hosts were very helpful, kind, always responding with agility and attention. We will definitely return!

Marco is a great host, friendly, nice to talk, quiet and fair. At the time of check-in and check-out had the possibility of the flexibility of he adjusted for us. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and preserved. Some highlights are the good and quiet air conditioners of the rooms, the high right foot of the amplitude for the whole house. The leisure area has a beautiful and well treated garden with a beautiful lawn by the pool. The 02 refrigerators are also very functional. The bedroom is wc on the ground floor is great for people with limited mobility, as was the case with my parents. We recommend it.

We were from 11 to 17 March 2025 with my whole family, and we had the best stay, it was exactly like the descriptive of the house, super indication, Host Julio indicated 2 fantastic people who made all the difference to our stay was the best, Talita and Elaine. Super indico. Casa has a sensational energy and vibe.

The best accommodation I've ever spent, all according to the flawless, clean,smelling house description you feel at home. And it also has an incredible unexplained view.

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.
