It's a beautiful apartment with a large covered terrace. A small garden adjoins the terrace. The kitchen is small, but it offers everything you need for a stay. The internet connection is stable and is well suited for working. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is located in a quiet area without noise. I very much enjoyed my stay and can fully recommend the apartment.

The place is very nice, comfortable bed, small kitchen but with the necessary utensils. very kind and available host. great location description the house is cozy and connects with nature. point to improve: the bathroom has no division between the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom, which means that after the shower, the whole bathroom gets wet. i will definitely come back!!! Second time staying with Cristiane and again everything was perfect.

The house is excellent, very large. Paranely accommodates 12 people. Beds are good, and top-notch covers and towels. In the kitchen there is a lot of utensil, and facita if you want to do something. We were very well accommodated.

Casa has a great location, close to the beach, about 10 minutes by car, house according to ad images. Luzia always willing and guiding us.

The accommodation is quite pleasant, exactly as in the pictures. The condominium is excellent, safe and well-structured, and the beach view is simply amazing — one of the great highlights of the stay. However, the negative point was the cleaning of the place: when we arrived, the environment was smelling closed and there was a lot of dust, which caused a certain initial discomfort. With greater attention to sanitizing prior to guests arriving, the experience would be perfect. Overall, it was a good stay!

Estadia was great, it met our need has all the infrastructure that a family needs, excellent condominium foot in the sand, in front of the condominium there are small shops is close to the center of Barra Velha.

The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
