This flat became my favourite place to stay while in Mexico City. Travelling with a bike, a ground floor flat, a washing machine, and a place to clean the bike are golden. The place was just remodelled and it looks sharp. It is definitely roomier than what you get from the pictures. The mattress is pretty comfortable (so many cheap mattresses in Mexico City's airbnbs...), hot water works flawlessly, it's not noisy and location is fantastic. Liene was a stellar host, kind and thoughtful, and made the stay more pleasant and seamless. The downsides to the flat have to do with it being on the ground floor, as it's a bit cold, and vulnerable to pests (as with all other buildings in this neighbourhood).

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

Excellent place to rest and spend some time in the pool

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

We had a great weeklong stay here. Carla was a proactive and responsive host and we had no issues whatsoever. Of particular note CDMX is a very, very busy city and Carla’s place was on a narrow side street and therefore was both private and quiet.

We are very grateful to Edel, it was pending and resolved our doubts, the apartment is just as in the photos, a comfortable, safe, nice and clean place. There are many establishments around.

Good space to rest and have a good stay

The place is very quiet, the house is very cool and the pool is the best part of the place, we were very comfortable enjoying the open spaces, the host responded quickly when there was a question and everything was as mentioned in the ad. I would definitely stay there again, but you have to make sure to use repellents because there are a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the garden.

An excellent option to rest as a family, the house is beautiful as seen in the photos as it is!!! The host was very kind and kind, she didn't hesitate as soon as she had the chance to come back!! Highly recommended!!!

The house is a good size and cute! It's just like the pictures. I loved the garden because it is very well kept and the walls are high, which gives a lot of privacy and a feeling of being in nature. We also paid for the use of the boiler and it was perfect because the water always kept warm especially for the evenings nights that are no longer sunny. I stayed in the only bedroom with a bathroom, which although she has what I needed if I felt very small. The good thing about its location is that in front there is an Oxxo, there is a similar pharmacy, and two streets away there is a palerteria and a huge sweet shop! Also around the corner there were stalls of antojitos! We had a great time. We hired Santa to help us cook and clean and did very well! That makes it very easy for you to stay and what you can rest. Communication with Caesar was very good and I thank you for being so flexible with the schedules! That was the best! My dogs really enjoyed it too! I would come back!

The house is beautiful. Everything was very clean and tidy. Miguel was always very kind and attentive as a host. I'm sure he'll be back.

We had a family reunion in Tepoztlan for the wedding of a nephew and we had a wonderful time.We were 12 adults, 4 children and one baby and we were all comfortable at the house

Sofia's husband Alberto is super friendly, attentive, and kind. He calmly explains everything about the accommodation The facilities are very good, the place has everything you need to rest and have a great time with family in the barbecue area and the grill is excellent for preparing a good roast The pool has lighting for the night, the sauna is very nice Fans are a plus for the climate

The house is located in a very quiet area to rest. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and they provide you with everything you need to do it. The pool is warm and the pool area was what we enjoyed the most. I would definitely come back! The instructions to get to the house were very clear and Veronica answered our questions in time, she was always attentive.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

The stay is very comfortable and nice, in excellent condition and very close to downtown Teques and the gardens of Mexico The jacuzzi is in excellent condition and the cleanliness is impeccable

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.
