The house is beautiful, we had a very nice time as a family. Everything matches the listing description. Both Sandra and her employees were super friendly from the moment we arrived, they took good care of us. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

My family and I thank Sandra for allowing us to stay at her house, the place is true to the photos and description, Sandra is a very accessible and polite person, she was always attentive to absolutely everything, the pool has hot water, the house is quite spacious and has more than the necessary and essentials, we are quite satisfied, we hope to return soon.

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! It is the second time we have stayed at Martha's house and I leave us again very satisfied, her home is very well maintained, ideal to rest and enjoy the weather of Cuernavaca. When we arrived we realized that the bathrooms had been remodeled and these are updated and with good water pressure. And the hosts are always attentive to any needs. We look forward to coming back again.

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.
