Beautiful area full of culture

Just spent one night before flight out of CDMX. Much preferred to a hotel. Space to spread out and have a snack and breakfast. Lovely clean modern apartment. 24 hour concierge. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Near Zocalo and Bellas Artes. Busy interesting area. Would return.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

From the moment the reservation was requested, the response was quick and smooth. The person in charge of handing over the keys was also extremely kind. The place is beautiful, the views are very nice and the place is super clean. I would rent it again without thinking twice. It has shops nearby and the subway is less than 5 minutes away. A great place to stay, walking distance to different food options. The place was clean and spacious, and they answered all my questions. Parking is tight but very convenient and accessible. The WiFi connection was not great but i loved everything else. I will come back if im in the area.

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great location, steps from Reforma. We went for a procedure at the embassy and took the opportunity to do some sightseeing. The apartment is comfortable, clean (impeccable!), well decorated, with a balance between modern and artistic that makes it feel like home. It has everything: you just unpack, fill the fridge and you're all set. Everything worked perfectly: water, WiFi, kitchen, lighting. Hector was a great host, attentive and flexible with early check-in. The lobby staff was very friendly, they helped us with orders and access. The area is safe and well connected. Only detail: the building has thin walls and you can hear noise from pets and neighbors, something beyond the host's control. Even so, we left with a great experience and would definitely come back. Recommended if you are looking for location, comfort and excellent service. Thank you, Hector, for your hospitality. You can tell when everything is done with care. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, very comfortable, easy access and location, the area is quiet and there are many food businesses around, the terrace of the place is magnificent and the gym is in excellent condition, I would rent it again without hesitation.

Mario’s Condesa apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in a beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood. The building is lovely, and the apartment’s minimalist vibe made it feel calm and uncluttered—yet it had everything we needed for a great stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring Mexico City; we averaged 15,000 steps a day and loved being within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. Best of all, it was a quiet and peaceful place to come back to after a long day out. Highly recommend!

Loved this space, worked so well for our family group of 7. The host was super helpful. We checked in at midnight and had no problems accessing and making ourselves comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place!

In general, everything was fine, but once we were there, they didn't allow us to enter the pool or the gym, and that caused us problems since we had a child with us

It's a great option to get to CDMX, especially for its proximity to the airport. The place was spotless, with the necessary amenities that make you feel at home.
