Our experience in Franco's house was fantastic! The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. We had a few special days there. Franco's attention and communication is excellent, always very helpful, polite and easily accessible. We are extremely grateful for the experience we had in São João. I miss it and look forward to coming back:)

It was all perfect! The house is very nice, cozy, spacious, clean and organized. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and close to everything. Heloisa is a simply spectacular host! She was very hospitable, gave precious tips and helped us with the tours. We travel with pet and the backyard space is simply wonderful. We recommend 100% and we will definitely come back more often :-)

Cozy house, clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, kitchen utensils, clean bathrooms. The house is new and is within a nice small condo. Quiet location, with other houses around. Host Graça is super friendly and helpful. It is relatively close to the beach, as we were by car, access to the sea was easy, we did not risk walking. My family and I feel welcome. We'll be back soon.

Excellent home! Better than the listing! Everything clean, well organized and decorated. Good size garage, a suv and a pickup truck fit. Pool is well deep, so you have to be careful with children. Quiet location that guarantees privacy, as well as being very close to the center.

We had a great stay at Cristiano's house! He was an extremely attentive host, always available to answer our questions quickly and efficiently. We loved our stay at the bungalow. Rodrigo, besides being super darling, met us super well and made himself available for the entire time we were there. The bungalow is exactly as it is in the photos: beautiful, cozy and extremely comfortable. The leisure area is great and full of nature. The bungalow made our trip even more special! We'll be back for sure!

Excellent Host and Hospitaller. The cottage had everything, we had no need for anything. The view from the room is beautiful. For those with children the place is perfect. My son loved it because he had a lot of room to run and play! The only bad part is the time to leave. We will come back whenever possible! Sindorval has already won us as fans of the place!

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, all very well taken care of, fully equipped kitchen, tvs, air conditioning, fan, all very well organized and conserved.
