Bath with shower and kitchenette with micro, fridge, stove, toaster and coffee maker. In ground swimming pool. Rear porch and yard look out on pastureland with cattle, goats, poultry, and sometime the horse. Pond fishing available. Convenient to I-20. Cabin is over 150 years old and rustic. It is very small, but has what you need. Small older TV and WiFi internet (Comcast).

The property is centrally located in the Augusta area and is less than 4 miles from "The Masters" golf tournament. NO PARTIES ALLOWED!

A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!
