Walking distance to a beach, this was a great location for getting away for some vacation. The spacious penthouse allowed for the 4 of us to each have a space for comfort and not feel like we were on top of each other or crowded. It was quietly mostly save the nearby resort life club entertaining guest. Location is great for walking to restaurants and coordinating excursions.

Excellent host. Beautiful place

First of all, Junior, Diana and the rest of the management team were very attentive, and always available to respond quickly to all our inquiries. Their office is on premises, so it is a great advantage. The gated building has a convenience store downstairs, private parking and security guard; and it is one block away from our fav beach ( turquoise water/ white sand left to Zoho bar) with multiple restaurants, pharmacy and shops no more than 2 blocks around. So all walking distance. This corner unit penthouse-well described in the pictures - has a very nice terrace, with views to the sea , to the mountains, and to the open sky to enjoy lounging at night to some star gazing and to the nice tropical breeze. The bedrooms are very accommodating with comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of closets, and great water pressure from the showers. The kitchen has all you need to do some basic cooking, but we mainly barbecued in the terrace. Beach towels not provided so bring some.

The place is spacious and nice! Good service, safe. But the water didn't smell good from any faucet and the beds had mites, to be taken into consideration.

Very nice stay, beautiful place, great location. Pools were very nice and place was very clean. Staff was kind. They made my experience very enjoyable. Could have responded sooner prior to booking but wasn't too bad. Only thing is the electric charges were a bit high after our stay. It was hot during the time that I came and I stayed 6 days but It was over $100 for Electric. Outside of that I would definitely stay again, everything was very nice and up to date, very clean, and the energy was very comfortable. Great stay.

The house is beautiful, with direct access to the Juanillo beach, close to the Cap Cana marina and surrounded by super nice restaurants. Ideal for enjoying the Dominican Republic without having to move a lot. Daiany was a great host, always attentive and gave us very good recommendations to make the most of our stay.

We had a great time during our stay. Carmen was super responsive with all the questions we had. Thank you for a great vacation.

When you leave there you feel comfortable

The place is amazing, it has everything, it is very clean and very comfortable, ideal for vacationing and relaxing (The pool is sensational). Imilka is an exceptional host, she is attentive to everything, her instructions are always very clear, she is very kind. My friends and I loved being able to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lexie. Her place is the perfect home base for a beach trip - pristinely clean on arrival, supplied with everything you could want or need, and so thoughtfully laid out. (The provided breakfast foods were very appreciated but you'll want to make sure you're stocked up for meals before you arrive, as options in the area are limited for dinners.) The location near beautiful Playa Macao was exactly what we wanted for our trip - very local, not overly touristy or overdeveloped. If you're not a big walker, definitely consider renting a car for beach trips due to the terrain/dune buggy traffic. The house's terrace alone is worth a stay - on the one rainy day during our trip, we were perfectly happy sitting inside and reading. Lexie herself is one of the best hosts I've stayed with in many years of using Airbnb - so kind, helpful, responsive, and hilarious! We absolutely loved hanging out with her and Riley, the tiniest and cutest doggo.

It looks exactly like the pictures. Such a big, gorgeous area and the gated community made us feel safe and secure. The place was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Definitely worth it for the price. Will be visiting again for sure.

Airbnb was clean, everyone around was very friendly. I always felt safe it’s a gated entrance and there was security 24/7. The only thing is there is only AC in the room but the weather wasn’t bad.
