Roger and Zsuzsi have created such a special place. The surrounding wildlife was so fun to explore, but the location of the farm on the mountain top was the most magical spot. I would love to come back again to enjoy Zsuzsi's dinner cooked over the fire, the peacefulness of the nature, and share more great chat - thanks for everything! This was the true highlight of my Romania trip.

This was our second visit here after two years, and we enjoyed it just as much. The cabin is cozy, surrounded by fir trees, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. It’s best suited for two people. We found clean towels and house slippers. The kitchen is mostly equipped, but there were no coffee capsules for the espresso machine. There’s also a classic coffee maker, but it was a bit dirty. Private road access and parking. In front of the cabin, there’s a fire pit and a grill area, but unfortunately, the available grill isn’t very practical - it’s a round, legless model and quite dirty. There are also no cleaning tools. There are a few medium and large-sized dogs in the yard. They are friendly but quite persistent when it comes to food. We had a good time, but the cabin felt better maintained during our first visit. Still, we recommend it for a few peaceful nights in the heart of nature!

We stayed with Vlad for two beautiful nights and were able to check in on the same day of booking. Very easy and pleasant communication in English. The place is beautifully traditional, minimalist and has everything you need. The most beautiful were the ovens, as we unfortunately had bad luck with the weather. Cats and dogs have visited us often. You shouldn't forget to eat on the veranda. ;-) Our dog had a nice time, and since the veranda was also escape-proof, we could relax. It is wonderfully quiet. The neighborhood is very friendly, we even got a schnapps. The surrounding hills are also worth exploring. If you drive to Cluj by car, you will not have any problems. We are very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Thank you very much, dear Vlad!
