Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Stamford

My stay at Peta's was my first Airbnb experience and it did not disappoint. I was visiting a relative over the weekend and the flat was a 10 minute drive away. Peta sent a welcome pack in advance which was very helpful. I stayed with my teen who adored the flat. We arrived after a long 4 hour car drive on a Friday evening. The main thing that struck me was how clean the flat was. We had everything we needed for our short weekend break, so thank you Peta.

Very nice apartment and very good location

The apartment is in an excellent location within 10 mins walk of the centre of town. We did initially have a problem finding the entrance to the car park. We put the postcode into our satnav and it took us to the right road but Station St is a one way street and we were faced with a no entry sign. Once we arrived Sally talked us through to the apartment. It was really quiet considering it’s so close to town and the railway station. It was clean and very comfortable and a great place to stay for a weekend away. Sally was a very approachable host and quickly responded to all our enquiries.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

great little place for a one night stay in Nottingham centre. So close to all the town centre activities, bars and restaurants. Ciara made it very easy and simple for accessing the place and parking was no problem for us either! A beautiful location and I will recommend for anyone who will want to stay close to the centre or right by the castle!

It felt like being at home, very spacious and comfortable for two people.

I've stayed in multiple places in this area of Cambridge, and this is by far my favorite! Super clean, comfortable furniture and the bonus of a bit of an outdoor space. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and generously had sugar, tea, coffee, etc. The Midsummer Common cows even made a few appearances close to the fenced area! I really appreciated an early check-in since my flight arrived in the morning and could get some much needed rest. The area is perfect since it's in a quiet neighborhood and just a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. Shopping at the Grafton (Boots and Little Waitrose) is just a 5 minute walk away. Don't hesitate to go to the other side of the river as well. We discovered an amazing Hungarian restaurant and a Polish one. Communication was quick and super helpful. I'd stay here again without hesitation!

The Rectory Cottage was wonderful. Well-appointed, stylish, and in a great location. Joanna was the perfect host. Accommodating and always available to answer questions. Will stay here again on our next visit to Stamford.

Lovely 2 night stay in this apartment, perfect for our quiet girls weekend away . Very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend . Would definitely book again if I I ever travel to Nottingham again .

I had such a wonderful stay at Marita’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Marita was a fantastic host—kind, communicative, and respectful of my privacy, while still making sure I felt at home. The location was perfect too, quiet yet close to everything I wanted to explore. I only stayed for two nights, but I left feeling refreshed and very well looked after. I’d happily return and highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone visiting the area!

I was working in Northampton for the week. Need somewjere close to the city centre. This was just what I needed. Bed, kitchen and good shower. Close to the city. Really clean and well equipped. Super easy and good value.

Jonathan was a kind and friendly host, and provided excellent instructions, information and support. The house is more homely than home. Its spotless, spacious, light and airy and has so many facilities - a little drying room, all the laundry stuff, dishwasher, fab coffee machine, and all so well laid out. The heating is easy to use and works quickly, and there are plenty of windows so you can get the temperature just right. The furniture is comfy and solid and there were cushions and blankets everywhere. We went for a sporting event and it was perfect for my exhausted teen to be able so curl up on a comfy sofa with a blanket and watch the sheep in the field. There is a really nice outdoor area with chairs so you can watch the birds and sunset in absolute quiet. Really comfy big beds, bath, excellent shower, and just all round wonderful. Huge thanks to Jonathan. We will be visiting again as soon as we can.

We had a short stay while I was visiting family in Rutland. This home was very spacious for a cottage and was very well equipped - especially the kitchen. The Fox pub was 5 minutes walk away, super-friendly and able to provide a meal for 5 at short notice. This was just an overnight stay for us but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in late May 2025, the property and furniture felt really special and unique! We had everything we needed, including a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc, and a lovely spacious sofa in the living room which was really comfy for all of us! Phill was also an excellent host who made sure we had all the info we needed and gave us a brilliant list of recommended places to eat and bars! We'd really recommend this property and Phill as a host, and we'd love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s Annex, the place was beautifully kept and even found a few little extras on arrival such as milk, jam, bread, eggs and cereal. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Southwell where there are lots of lovely independent shops, bakeries and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby. Arrival instructions were very clear, absolutely cannot fault it and would love to return in the future! ☺️

We were visiting some friends in Rugby and needed somewhere to stay - this place was lovely. Free off-street parking was a huge bonus and the place was spotlessly clean and done up to a really high and modern standard. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV worked fine. Fridge and freezer clean and a good size. We didn't actually test the shower due to time constraints so I can't comment on that. We only stayed here one night and spent most of it out but we'd definitely have been fine staying here longer and would stay here again if we needed to.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Viv is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble for her guests. The annex is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and there is always an appreciated welcome pack.

A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!
