My family and I had a fantastic two night stay at Jackie’s beautiful property. It is so well-equipped and thought out. We loved all the small details that Jackie has thought of. She was a very welcoming host and great to communicate with. Even in February, the garden was lovely and the children loved exploring. It was well-located for trips to Belton House and Belvoir Castle. Thank you!

My Mum and I stayed for 1 night. What an amazing place. Denise showed us around and was very informative, she showed how to use the Sauna and the Hot tub safely - the hot tub even has Bluetooth so we were able to enjoy some tunes. We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed a brilliant view of the magical sunset. Enjoyed the home made wine we purchased, it was delicious. In the morning Denise gave mum a bunch of flowers that she had picked in her garden. We would thoroughly recommend a night or two here.

We had a great stay at Willow Lodge. Dave was fantastic; he went above and beyond. He gave us a tour of the farm and even allowed us to hold the lambs. He invited us to his house to watch football, and as we were out at the time of the match, he offered to drop his Fire Stick around. The accommodation was great, and the hot tub was much needed. The place is completely dog-friendly and safe, with a fenced-off garden. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. A haven of calm! My stay at Ruth’s was wonderful. Immaculate accommodation with a stunning view where I could relax yet easily reach local attractions/facilities if needed. Ruth provided everything you could need to make a stay. Toiletries, a choice of coffee, tea and even biscuits in a tin. They far exceeded my expectations. The microwave, toaster and fridge are useful if you want to make a small meal/snack. Ruth was the perfect host, on hand if needed but gave me my own space. She is super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked with such a choice of options. I most definitely will return, in fact I can’t wait!

Our first experience using Air BnB and Topiary Barn did not disappoint!! It was everything and more that we needed for our stay. The private garden area was a bonus and perfect for our morning coffee. We are already planning to stay again!

A fantastic hidden gem! Honestly don’t think I’ve ever been happier with an Airbnb. Everything was fantastic from the brilliant hosts, to the location, through to the fit and finish of the whole accommodation. Awesome stay and look forward to returning on our next adventure in the area.

We absolutely loved staying at Lesley’s place. We only stayed for one night en route to other destinations but wish we could have stayed forever!
