Vacation rentals with a patio in St. Simons Island

This place is fantastic! Wonderful amenities and great location. We loved the space and the inclusion of beach essentials. Caroline was proactive with her communication and clear! Highly recommend!

Great place! Everything was really clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the pool area if that would bother you. First day someone was playing loud music most the day at the pool. While i liked there music selection it was annoying after a while. After they left everything was fine. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Perfect location if you want to island hop. It is not near the beach. There is ample parking available around the beaches, and it is free. When we stayed, some renovations were underway around the complex. The pool area is situated directly outside the back porch, providing a quiet and serene setting. The condo is spottles and clean. The outdoor shower located on the front porch entrance offers an easy way to clean your feet after spending time at the beach. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend. We will be back.

Condo very close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Perfect for a family of 5 hanging out at the beach everyday. The unit has everything that you would need. Spacious as well. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach entrance. Melanie was a great host. Would definitely return with the family!!

Stacy is a fantastic host. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked in most meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to do that. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies. The location was very convenient to the pier, beach access, shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay at Stacy 's place again.

The accommodation was just as expected. This was my 6th year visiting Jekyll and knew what to expect. The room is a very short walk to the pool and restaurant. The convention center was also a short walk. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great. No complaints at all.

We checked in at night, so it was a bit difficult to locate with very little lighting. Once inside though, everything was great! The apartment was nicely decorated and I loved the selection of books. The bed and couch were comfy. The bathroom was nice. The windows and privacy blinds were a great touch and did a good job of blocking the morning light until we were ready. We used the fridge and microwave, and both worked well. I had a few questions about the appliances that were answered quickly. The apartment was truly within walking distance from restaurants and the beach which was really nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again, even for a longer duration. We absolutely love this place. its a quiet neighborhood and the home is so clean and has everything you might need. its cozy and Bradley was a great host.

My boyfriend and I booked Amanda’s place with plans to have a laid-back beach vacation with lots of cooking fresh seafood and relaxing. Her place was perfect for it. Very cozy inside, and the backyard was warm and inviting. Our dog played out there every morning while we sipped coffees. Her place is located next to a great seafood market, City Market, so that was convenient. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and found an adorable deli (The Yellow Deli) 1 min away from the house on our bikes. It was perfect.

If you're thinking about a place to stay in St Simon's look no further. We loved this home! There's so many spaces to gather as a group and also plenty of rooms to spend alone time in. The game room was such a bonus. We loved playing pool, ping pong, and there were tons of board games to choose from. The home is so vibrant! I found myself being jealous of the lucky family that got to live their lives there because you can certainly tell it was a happy one!

Darlene's home is stunning. We had a great trip and watching the birds in the morning. She was incredible hospitable. It was a great getaway.

This was by far the best choice I could have made for a two-week business stay. I didn’t realize how close to my favorite places on the island this condo was. Excellent location, well appointed condo, easy access and Nicole was awesome to communicate with. Very satisfied.

We’ve been coming here for three years and it never disappoints. It is always clean and the host is always super nice and responsive. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants. We love walking to get breakfast, shop, and to go eat dinner in the evenings.

Most items met or exceeded our expectations. My wife and grown son were super-thrilled. The host's response was very late, and I didn't get help in time at all. Everything else is good.

Our family stay at Lori’s was frictionless! Appreciative of touches like beach chairs, towels, children’s books and blocks. It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. From sitting on the back porch watching the storm roll in, to walking downtown to the square, it was great for what we needed! It was just 2 of us and the space was perfect.
