Vacation rentals with a pool in St Kilda

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Beautiful home in a lovely area

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

The photos of this place don't do it justice. It's really lovely and decorated so tastefully. The check in instructions were clear and easy, and our hosts were lovely and kind. An easy walk to the general store and pub, breakfast out on the deck, excellent and easy to use technology, and a really peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

The location of the unit is super convenient. There is no hassle and stress to travel to the airport in very early morning. Aster provided prompt and warm assistance for any enquiries.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location for all the things we like to do in Melbourne, theatre, footy, South Melbourne Market, free Chadstone bus, MMWC, Casino and the Belgian Beer Cafe. The room was spacious, comfortable and secure, well maintained and clean. It was a real haven after a day clocking up thousands of steps around town, especially the shower which we both loved. Communication with Colin was easy and he always responded promptly. He met us and showed us to the room despite our arrival after midnight. He even took the trouble to mail back an item we left in the room. Our six night stay was over all to soon and we’d certainly love to come back
