ENTIRE HOUSE: Safe neighborhood in South Bend, 2.7 miles north of Notre Dame. Near the University Park Mall, Wallmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The living and dinning are open concept. There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. (Accommodate 6- if you pre request and provide guest details). No cleaning fee!

Book this home for the retreat you've been looking for. Quiet and comfortable home with great outdoor space. This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Light up the gas grill and enjoy large backyard. Cross through the backyard and follow the winding trail for your own private fire pit that is stocked with wood. A favorite place for s'mores to end the evening.

Jack’s House- completely remodeled. 1/2 mile to ND

Charming cottage, remodeled and beautifully furnished. Purchased and renovated the home to stay in while visiting our son when he attended ND. He was a student athlete and thus the home has an ND sports theme. Perfect gameday house or family vacation. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Eddy Street. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2 living areas. Bbq, firepit and bistro lighting in the private backyard.
