Vacation rentals with beach access in St Ives

Darren is fantastic, really helped us out. The place is awesome, while you don't have a sea view it's fine bcse you can look out into the green. Brand new building, apartment had everything you needed. It's on the main road across the road from the beach so you're literally a stones throw away. The aprtmen is also a 20/15 min walk to the High Street, a 20 min walk to the zoo and there are plenty of eateries, supermarkets and drinking establishments. The apartment is super clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable as well.. We had an awesome time, and will definitely be booking again next time we come down to visit.. 💕💕⛱️🏖️

We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we stepped in, the space felt full of light, warmth, and joy—perfect for me and my three daughters. The house is spacious, giving all of us room to relax and unwind comfortably, and it's been thoughtfully set up to create a sense of ease and calm. Every room was bright and inviting, and there were so many lovely touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or quick drive to the stunning Carolyn Bay Beach, where we spent time soaking in the sea air and making memories together. It was truly a restorative and joyful getaway for our little family, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. Highly recommended—we’d return in a heartbeat! 🌊☀️

Absolutely loved our weekend at Lou's place. It was as described and its location was perfect for us. It is within easy walking distance of everything. We crammed alot into this weekend including following the coastal path to Holywell, eating at The Boathouse in the harbour, sitting on beach watching perfect sunsets and of course a rattler or 2! Thoroughly recommend Lou's place and wouldn't hesitate to book a repeat. Thanks Lou.

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Mike was incredibly flexible and so friendly. The apartment was super clean and very cosy - wonderful views across the beach to top it off!

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

Thank you Sarah and Kevin for another wonderful stay at ‘The Beach Hut’. It’s a fantastic location within easy walking distance of St Ives and Carbis Bay. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival, including a much appreciated welcome pack of treats. You couldn’t find a more comfortable and convenient base for exploring the local area.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

So glad we ignored the weather forecast for Easter! Wave's end was a great find the location was just perfect with it being level to the beach (so no complaints from the children about steep hills) but close to the coastal path that we could walk to Padstow and Pentire Point easily. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable with everything we needed and Dominic really helpful and friendly. Not to forget the surf, shops, bars and restaurants of Polzeath, a great holiday all round.

The holiday home was beautifully clean and cozy. Host was helpful and left some lovely scones as a welcome! It was a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to neighboring St Ives, making it a great base to explore from. The local train station was also handy to get back after a long day walking. The parking is on the road outside the house on a quiet lane so didn’t have any issues. Really Recommend.

The accommodation was great, lots of space clean and tidy, brilliant location only a short walk to the beach. Steve was very responsive and helpful. We extended our stay as we had such a lovely time. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay, house was very spacious and clean. Very good location 3 min walk to the beach, nearby shops, not even 10 min walk to high street. Host was very responsive and informative. We would definitely love to come back!

Well situated bright and spacious flat with great (and different) views on both ends. Close to the Newquay town centre, with walking access to beaches, shops, and restaurants; but just enough outside of it to avoid feeling overly busy. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into decorating the apartment, with unique touches. Easy to find, well equipped, and with nearby parking. Responsive hosts, who left clear instructions on how to get in and what to do. Not a lot more one could ask for really.

Mitch’s place was perfect for our 5 day stay in Penzance. The apartment is private with its own entrance and has a well equipped kitchen, a comfy bedroom and living room and even a glassed in porch that was very enjoyable. There is an outdoor patio that would be nice in the summer months. The shower is fantastic!! Mitch was super responsive and gave us great recommendations for some very cool pubs close to the apartment. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the train and bus station where you can get transportation to all around the area so we didn’t need a car. We’d stay here again for sure.

Stayed for 4 nights at Lucy’s place in May. Located in central Newquay, perfect location from beach and town centre. The flat was clean, modern and had everything you would need for a self catered stay. Lucy was helpful throughout. Also enjoyed meeting downstairs cat on the balcony. Would recommend to friends and family.

An incredible location! The accommodation was comfortable. clean and well equipped. Lovely shower! I also appreciated the scones, jam and cream left for me - along with tea bags, coffee and milk. I loved the outside area with sea views that gets the evening sun. Will definitely be back! Thank-you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s apartment. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and beach. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and really nicely laid out, exactly as described. Nice touches like fluffy towels and welcome biscuits - thank you! 🙏 Fistral Beach is stunning and Newquay is full of good restaurants. Free parking overnight in close proximity to the apartment. Julia is a very responsive and communicative host and nothing was a bother. Highly recommended all round.

Lovely apartment, clean, amazing views on the beach. Quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Recommendations for restaurants from the host have been really good. Best for day trips around Cornwall. We are already thinking about when we can make our next trip to Newquay. Thank you Alex&Arlene!

Just back from an apartment in Newquay ‘ stunning sea view from Island View in Porth beach air b/b : Nigel was a great host throughout our stay ( only a telephone call away) Apartment was spotlee to a very high spec: Allocated parking space throughout stay : Beautiful walks along the coastline and never enough time to appreciate the areas beauty. Ample entertainment for children’s activities. Highly recommend. This for a lovely stay. Victor

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
