Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

Parking is located on street, steps from the door. Getting around is easy, in addition to taxis and rodeshares, rental bikes are nearby, as well as several bus stops. One block away is the beautiful Saint Roch Cemetery and Saint Roch Blvd. 1 mile away is the French Quarter. I live on the other side of the double and am happy to make any recommendations! Coffee, HBO, Amazon, bluetooth stereo, piano and guitar are provided. *Guests who stay in BR 2 must walk thru BR 1 to access the rest of the house**

Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
