Vacation rentals with a patio in St Austell

Great apartment, spacious and in amazing updated condition, easily walkable to everywhere and off street parking was a bonus. Flexible check in and friendly supportive host.

We had a brilliant weekend at Sara's place. The beds were extremely comfortable and we particularly liked the outdoor area. There could have been slightly more comfortable outdoor furniture and I didn't bring a hair dryer, so that would have been handy. But, that didn't ruin our trip. we definitely will book again 😎

This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Great location, easy to walk into town and also very close to the seafront so good for accessing the beaches or going on walks. We stayed at New Year but I imagine the decking area would be lovely in the summer especially with the patio doors opening out from the kitchen. Comfortable accommodation, especially the beds, lovely large shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom.

We had a lovely break. The apartment is in a fantastic location with the most amazing view. We took our bikes with us and there was plenty of space round the side outside to store them. Everything inside was very clean. Would definitely stay again 😊

We loved our stay at Godrevy and we will definitely be back to stay for long we next time. It was the perfect location to explore Hayle and St Ives. We loved the decor very coastal and beautiful. The bed was really comfy and the shower was lovely and warm. The flat had everything we needed and more. We loved it ! See you again soon.

A lovely space, light and airy with access to a sweeping garden. We loved sitting outside with a glass of bubbly at dusk. Place has everything you could need and was perfect for myself, my friend and her dog. Be an ideal base for a long stay exploring all of Cornwall.

Lovely well situated home, within walkable distance of lots of attractions. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage, and comfortable beds. Even though we didnt use the kitchen it was fully equipped with everything you would need.

Great place to stay, so close to the Penzance station and bus station yet very private and quiet. The house was really spacious, and although there were only 2 of us we could easily have fitted in 2 more. Steven was very responsive when the Airbnb app failed to release the instructions for finding the property, and he checked in with us regularly to make sure all was well. I'd definitely stay here again, it had everything required for an easy holiday.

This place made for a great base and was good value; we were on a budget and it met all our needs. Beds were comfy and it never felt crowded with 7 of us staying. We could always get enough hot water and bedding and towels were clean. We never heard any noise outside or through walls. Sandra was very helpful and responsive and it was a lovely touch to arrive to milk, biscuits, tea and coffee.

The Chapel was the perfect home away from home. Laura has renovated this beautifully, with so much character and detail! We felt at home, the apartment had everything we needed and more for the 4 nights we stayed. Location wise, it’s a short drive to Hayle beach with lots of bars and restaurants close by, 15 mins to Carbis Bay or St.Ives as well which gave us good variation for our trip. The host was proactive with comms, made it a very clear and easy check in and out process. My only gripe, which cannot be helped by the host, is the parking is extremely tight, if you have a larger car you’ll need to take it steady coming in and out of the space as the neighbours put poles out on their drive which makes it hard to swing around round. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a cosy coastal break!

Thank you Maria and Graham for a lovely stay in your wonderful home. We had a fabulous holiday and the house was the perfect base for everyone. The setting was idyllic and house was spacious and had everything we could want. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub! We would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location and the house was perfect for out trip there, Ivana was very accommodating for us with check in, her local contacts/team were brilliant with us throughout our stay as well.

The holiday home was beautifully clean and cozy. Host was helpful and left some lovely scones as a welcome! It was a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to neighboring St Ives, making it a great base to explore from. The local train station was also handy to get back after a long day walking. The parking is on the road outside the house on a quiet lane so didn’t have any issues. Really Recommend.

We were a family of 3 with a small dog. Plenty of garden to play in and was fully secure. Location was brilliant, we caught the train to most beaches which are all less than 11 minutes away.

Vicky was a lovely, proactive host that made our stay delightful. The flat was nicely decorated and was kept clean and tidy. Would recommend! :)

We've stayed with Di a few times and intend to do so again. It is so convenient- only a few minutes from the High Street and all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also very quiet and peaceful at night, unlike so other town-centre locations! It is always extremely clean and we feel very comfortable here. Thanks Di!

We had a lovely stay. We received a message prior to check in with clear instructions, making check in hassle free. The place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tidy. A couple of personal stand outs for me was having a bed that smelled freshly laundered, and having things like cooking foil in the kitchen. There were a few little goodies left for us too, which was a nice touch. Thank you for everything 😊

The apartment is in a great great location for exploring central Plymouth on foot ~ the Hoe, town centre and Barbican all within a 5-10min walk; Devil’s Point, the Royal William Yard and Cremyll ferry over to Mount Edgecumbe only a little further. Also the ferry from the Barbican to Cawsand is a great short boat trip, passing Drake’s island. The flat itself is exactly as pictured, and a is a comfortable, peaceful haven to return. If we need an apartment for any future trips, this will definitely be our first port of call. Thank you Kevin & Jess.

Wonderful place in a really quiet and accessible location. We rented this space for my nan, and the host was super responsive and clear about the space for an older person (it was great for my nan!). She was also communicative with us during my nan's stay so we were informed, as well as being a great host and super friendly. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay in you’re in the Falmouth area or if you need a central hub to explore Cornwall! Super clean and well positioned in town with easy access to steps that lead down to the bay and a plentiful assortment of restaurants. Host checked in to make sure our stay was as expected - was very responsive when I had a question about the local offerings. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Falmouth!!

Beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It has everything you could possibly need, and more! Lovely little courtyard at the back from the bedroom. Nice detail having the chocolate and milk on arrival. My only tiny little negative would be having no control of the heating. As it is tiled throughout it was a little chilly in the evenings and we couldn't put the cental heating on. However, there was a fan heater available so not too bad. Would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay.
