This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

My family's second visit to this beautiful gem overlooking the mountains and frozen pond. Our hosts are highly communicative and helpful. The description is accurate. Considering our 2nd visit and rebooked for 3rd in 2026 - this speaks volumes -- more than meets our needs, well stocked. Ray’s home offered the perfect weekend getaway for our family. The house is on a beautiful property with a lovely back yard, small bridge and my kids loved the fire pit! Ray was responsive & very friendly! We look forward to coming back again next time!

A very beautiful home. Stayed here for a couple of days in April and it was the most peaceful getaway. It is ideal if you just need some rest and relaxation. Loved the sauna and the hot tub.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

We loved our stay at Melanie's -- she was very laid-back and extremely kind and hospitable when we made a mistake and even gave us a gift to enjoy while we were there! (Thanks Melanie!) It was a perfect location for everything in Little Falls! The only thing to be aware of is that the two bedrooms are not separated by a door and the bathroom is right off the kitchen, so if you're traveling with someone who is not family, you can hear everything, and it may be a little too close for comfort. We were two friends traveling together for work, and at first we were unsure about privacy, but we quickly figured out how to make it work and were so grateful for this wonderful stay at an affordable price while we were working in Little Falls!

Stayed at this location while in town , playing lacrosse. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. Would stay again, if ever in Utica.

Maryanne’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! It was cozy, quiet, and very clean. She had the fridge stocked with goodies, and delicious banana bread. There were trails on the property that made for a perfect morning walk. I would highly recommend if traveling to the Cooperstown area.

A really comfortable stay with lots of nice features. It was clean and quiet all throughout the space. Lots of storage and a spacious bathroom. The internet was fast! Thanks Ronald and Deborah for letting my wife and I rest in your AirBnB!

It was a very pleasant stay. The house was tidy and well-organized. The host, Sam, gave clear instructions for checking in. She had lots of toys and coloring pens for our toddler which wasn’t something we expected! She was quick to respond and in general very helpful throughout our stay.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

This is now the second time my soccer team and I have stayed at Katie’s property. Just like last year it was perfect! We did miss the paddle boat, but we assumed it was put away for the winter. Nonetheless the property, the home, everything was great. We’re excited to book it again next year for our soccer tournament.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

Maria’s place was amazing! It was quiet and tucked away, which was perfect for the group of us since we wouldn’t have to worry about bothering others. The place was very prepared and clean upon arrival and Maria was very responsive to questions we had. With that said, Maria is probably the best-prepared and considerate host I’ve encountered, stocking the place up with a variety of foods and drinks.

My friends and I had the most incredible time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm welcome from our host Joe. The property itself was immaculate — beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too! Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations.
