Monthly Rentals in Spring Estate

Ina and Conrad host one of the best guesthouses in the Caribbean that I have stayed in. They are both kind and friendly people and I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay at their property. The guesthouse is fully equipped with a kitchen if you would like to do any cooking while you are there. The view during the late afternoon and towards sunset is truly 5 star. The porch out front was my favourite place to hang out. It is the perfect spot for both morning coffee and happy hour watching the sun drop. I will definitely be back. And yes many people have mentioned the steep hills in other reviews. Walking down is fine and taking a taxi back up at the end of the day is not expensive.

March 2025 What a view and what a great place to stay for a visit to Bequia. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location. A short walk to Port Elizabeth, Princess Margaret Beach and the more peaceful Lower Bay Beach. The deck and pool were perfect when we didn't fancy a walk. Flo and Karen were really lovely hosts, with all the help and advice we could need, and it will be a pleasure to stay again next time we are in SVG. Most beautiful home I have stayed in! It is private, peaceful, and has the most incredible view. Steve & his team took great care of us. We loved our stay and already hoping to return.

The villa was as described and just perfect for what we wanted. The hosts facilitated a last minute early check-in due to flight changes and were responsive to messages prior to our arrival. Taxi rides to the town are very reasonable at 25ECD each way. There's some great walks from the property and the Firefly estate is only a 2 minute walk for drinks and food if you don't fancy cooking. The property is in a quiet peaceful location yet only a short 5 minute taxi ride away to the town and nearby beaches. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and would stay again!
