Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spree

FANTASTIC apartment with wonderful host! Our family of six comfortably stayed. Easy 10-15 minute walk to many attractions. S Bahn stop within a few minutes walk to further destinations. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. HUGE living room - dining room made family gatherings in the evening fun. Spotless bathroom etc. Incredibly quiet and we all slept great. Felt super safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend and perfect for a family.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants near by and short walk to get public transport. Accommodation was spacious, modern really clean and had everything we needed. Elisa was a great host and we were particularly grateful that we were able to drop our luggage off at 11 in the morning on day of check in and we were able to leave luggage there until 6 in the evening on day of checkout. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time! The apartment is really a dream. Very tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped and very conveniently located, so very central but very quiet. An ideal starting point to explore Berlin on foot. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Overall a great place to stay! The location is not walkable to city centre, but the train station is a 2 minute walk away and takes you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes. Neukölln was a very lively, multicultural neighbourhood. It has great food in every direction. The apartment was so lovely. The linens were clean. The decor was aesthetically appeasing and the bed was super comfortable! The hosts were great to deal with. They were accommodating and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the unit.

The property has a fantastic location and is a perfect retreat in Potsdam and surroundings. The apartment offers a lot of space, is well equipped and was very comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable and right at home.

The views were so great to wake up to, all the windows! Felt like home! The history that is waiting right out side was unexpected and amazing. El was super quick to respond and the directions to get into the place were perfect! The building and the neighborhood were so quiet and the market right at the corner was so convenient. Would highly recommend and would come back again and again!

Very good and well-maintained accommodation. The furniture was all clean except a couch that had a lot of stains on it. The apartment is super easy to reach and accessible from almost anywhere by car or public transport. The price is good, but I think it's a bit too expensive. happy to come back. again

By far THE BEST place I have stayed, available on AirBnB. Everything, and I mean everything, was amazing about this place. Michael made it very special and unique, but the apartment…..WOW! If I’m ever back in Berlin, I will be staying here 💯💯💯💯 Thanks Michael!

Thomas was great, the house was in the perfect location for us given we needed to be close to family, and the house itself was very nice. There were a couple of issues that arose and Thomas, our host resolved them immediately. Super nice man, would definitely stay at his home again!

We didn't miss anything in our getaway with the children. We had plenty of space, were also able to stay out of the way and relax and enjoy the time. The beautiful green garden invites you to linger. The equipment of the house is more than complete. From the house we had many opportunities to do something. The neighborhood was very quiet. Claudia was quick to help us with any questions! Our family had a great stay in Gabriel’s and Nadine’s place. You will find everything you need, beds are very comfortable, good shower , fast internet. Very quiet place and surrounded by green trees. U bahn station is just 5min walk. Area is amazing, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. Grocery shop just 10 min walk. We loved everything. Thank you

Cathleen is an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful and we absolutely loved staying at her place. It was clean and had the cutest little backyard. The neighborhood was lovely and it was a great base to explore Berlin. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area

Semi-detached house in a very quiet location but very close to grocery stores/bakeries. Some rooms spread over several floors, very nice large shower - and a spacious kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet garden with seating. 10-15 min. on foot to the train and then you are in 20 min. by train at the main train station of Berlin.

100% referral! We spent 1 week of vacation in this beautiful Swedish house with 3 generations. Checking in was completely unproblematic. We were even allowed to move into our vacation home earlier than expected. Katharina welcomed us personally and gave us some helpful tips for the house, nearby restaurants and excursion ideas. We immediately felt at home. The house is beautifully quietly located, in a nice neighborhood, with a pretty large garden and comfortable seating furniture. Inside, it is nice and large, bright, very tastefully furnished with high-quality amenities. We lacked nothing. Everything has been thought of. Even spices, tea, coffee, dishwashing tabs, soap, toilet paper,... were available. The available board games and the Viking chess game for the garden provided hours of fun. Beds were very comfortable. And the walk-in closet is perfect! In a short time you can reach many excursion destinations. We will be back!

A wonderful, bright and spacious apartment in a perfect area in Berlin to walk to attractions or to use public transport. Simon communicates clearly and responds quickly to any queries. Cafe Fleury was our favourite at Simon's recommendation for excellent coffee and breakfast! The apartment is on the 5th floor, if you have heavy luggage, you will be fit by the end of your stay in this lovely spot! Thanks again Simon 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

It is a very comfortable apartment in a great and lively part of Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. We loved having breakfast in the sun on the balcony and relaxing on the rooftop at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay- loved the natural light in the studio. Everything was as expected and then some. We found a great restaurant around the corner, Ewig Feund, that we went to every morning for coffee and breakfast, and a bar near by, Höschen, that served delicious cocktails. Both had impeccable service. If you want to stay in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by pleasant people Andreas place is where you want to be.

We had a great stay! Stéphanie was very friendly and proactive—she reached out ahead of time to make sure we had clear directions and even met us in person to show us around the apartment. The space is well appointed and thoughtfully set up. As a party of two, we appreciated having separate bedrooms for extra privacy, and the bonus half bath downstairs was a nice convenience. We also used the kitchen to cook all of our meals—it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
