In the village there are 3 lakes with natural pools and outdoor swimming pool. The entrance is on the side of the villa with small forecourt and view of the private south garden. Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 sqm bedroom with wardrobe, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use costpfl. (5€). If necessary, it can also be laundered. Regional and S-Bahn (suburban train) is a 10-minute walk away. (9 min drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus in 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
