We had a wonderful time staying here! It was quiet and cozy. It was also beautifully decorated, spotless, and the hot tub & shower made it feel like a spa! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely space with plenty of room for our large family. We had our previous place cancel at the last minute and Jamie was very helpful ensuring this was ready for us to rent immediately. She even met us at the property to ensure we wouldn’t have any issues. The home was beautiful and well appointed. The beds were amazing!! Most comfortable beds in any AirBNB yet!! Thank you Jamie for bailing us out of a potentially very difficult situation.

I was looking for something affordable for my wife and I to get away for a quick weekend. This was close to home within 2.5 hours, close to shopping and a nice peaceful place. The host was so nice, allowing late check-out and very helpful in our time of need. Our car battery died and she helped get us back on the road. I love when people are exceptional and go out of their way to help even when they are busy with other things. The place was very comfortable and cozy, providing options for snacks, drinks and small breakfast options. The bathroom was clean and offered a beautiful soaking tub with on demand hot water and clean white robes. This place is great for couples or a small family as it had the option for additional beds. We loved that it was on an equestrian training farm and we were able to watch the horses being trained; they are truly beautiful creatures. So thankful to stay here and we hope to return.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

This place was beautiful. Our special needs son, TikTok @Super_solo_mon, loved the hot tub and all the space to run and explore. Lori was very friendly and gave very clear instructions, the house had all the amenities plus more. 100% recommend The Gathering Porch, can’t wait for our next visit!

Booked a stay as our rugby team had a tournament in Spokane. Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to a grocery store, gas station and coffee stands! Justin was awesome! Friendly and quick to respond and checked if everything was good on our end. The house was spacious and everything was clean and well maintained! Next time we are in town we will definitely book again and extend the invite to watch our rugby game! Cheers!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

Everything at this home was absolutely perfect. What a beautiful place to stay me and my family would love to come back someday. The pool house was amazing The kitchen was wonderful I could keep going and going On about how awesome this is Thank you for letting us stay there and we hope to be back again

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Pool and hot tub are amazing. My only critique is that the seating in the two living rooms wasn't super comfy. More like sitting rooms rather than lounging rooms where you can lay down and watch a movie. I'd definitely stay here again and if you have adults it's not an issue but with several kids with us that proved to be less than perfect. Everything else was great!

Dave and Melissa's place was worth every penny. I can't recommend this place enough. they bent over backward to make sure it was a comfortable stay and we were never in need. made some new friends and their dogs are the best!

The location is superb—just a short drive to the beautiful Cour d’Alene and very close to the I-90 freeway, making travel a breeze. They have taken care of every tiny detail. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area!

This property was a very nice stay. The home is quiet and pleasant. Communicating with owner was super easy, although there wasn’t any major issues to communicate. The owners were helpful, accommodating our hour early arrival and allowed us to check-in early. Which was greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing experience at this pet friendly home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts truly care about making guests feel welcome. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and well-appointed, making it the perfect home away from home. The separate spaces made it feel like three homes in one. So great for multiple families or families who want to spread out. They were also very accommodating for our furry friends. Our two dogs loved the fenced yard and the dog beds available throughout the home. The location was convenient, with quick access to everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and this host. We will definitely be back.

Traveled to Spokane with 2 small dogs for a funeral. Backyard was fenced and perfect space for dogs to run, or people to hang out. The fence was up off the ground a little, so if you have small pets be aware. Perfect amount of space in house for my husband and I. We were really happy that there was an actual coffee pot, not the usual keruig as we enjoy our coffee. We didnt feel lacking in anything there. location was perfect for all the places we needed to go. neighborhood was quiet. Lots of parking room for our 3 kids that came to visit a few times. Would stay here again for sure when in Spokane.

Great stay and nice home. It was perfect for our trip to Spokane to visit family. We felt we were close to the amenities and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We loved our stay here. It was an awesome location and the home was clean, comfortable, and cozy! We especially loved sitting out back at the table with built in fire pit each morning and evening.
