Vacation rentals with a patio in Spokane County

So easy to settle in for a one night stay on our road trip across the country. Huge bonus was access to the lake and as it was a warm day, I dove right in for a refreshing swim.

Really is such a sweet space! I ended up traveling solo and The Loft was a great place to decompress and unplug. The extra details were so appreciated: storage baskets, ziploc bags, and multiple charging ports. Two things for future travelers: it’s on the 3rd floor so could be challenging for some if your luggage is heavy; and if you’re on the taller side, you might bonk your head in a few places 😉. I’m 5’3” and felt super cozy and tall! I’ll def be looking to stay here again on return trips! It’s just as lovely as the pics show~

Gregg and Heather’s place was fantastic! We felt so at home and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Gregg and Heather were very responsive and made sure we had everything we could possibly need! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Space was well stocked, even though we only spent one night. Free garage parking was great, and there was lots to do nearby. The view from 6th floor was also amazing. Highly recommend for anyone spending some time in Spokane.

Exceedingly tall ceilings (10 foot or more?!!) very classy finish in all rooms. 1st class bed. Outstanding location-twisting streets all around this place. unique eating places -parks. The hosts are so good at communicating. Easy entry no steps. front of property is for guests only! can park 2 cars side by side. Hosts only use back of property for coming and going

Very spacious, stocked with all essentials plus more, very clean, modern, bright. The king bed, full size kitchen, and trendy colors, textures, and decor really set this place aside from all others!

It was a lovely place for a few days with my teen daughter. I loved how quiet it was and how easy it was to take a walk full of birdsong. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and couches comfy. My favorite thing was Jim’s offer to lend us his kayaks for an evening paddle on a nearby lake. We had everything that we needed. Thank you for the peaceful stay.

The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

Beautiful Browne's Addition home surrounded by so many historical mansions! Bethany kindly informed us about ongoing restoration affecting the exterior of the home, but check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow so we had no issues accessing the unit. The interior is super cozy - the AC was helpful for a particularly warm night and the waterfall shower was a welcome luxury after a long day exploring Spokane on foot. There are also so plenty of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our work trip (with dogs). Beds were comfy, yard is fenced and safe. House was clean and cutely decorated.

Loved Staying at Jon's place. There were 7 of us, and it fit us all just fine. It's a great Central location, and a great value compaired to other places near CDA. The house was perfectly clean, close to the highway, and has a great nearby neighborhood grocery store. if we're ever in the area again, we won't hesitate to stay here! The only thing we thought of, was that we wished the kitchen was stocked with a few more essentials. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Super sweet and quick responsive host! Place was clean and just as described! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again despite the house being located between a very nice and sometimes sketchy area. Had men in our group which made it feel safer with kids, but not the hosts fault at all. Would still stay again! Cars were safe on the street with no issues. AC was working perfectly along with the hottub. Thanks L!

I messed up and booked a night short. Our hosts let us change it and even helped when I couldn't get the app to work on my side. I was visiting home and they were nice enough to allow me to have my old friends over for some pizza. It was nice being able to catch up in a safe environment. They have a whole play room for kids. My 2yo LOVED it. There were tvs in all the rooms. The kitchen is my dream kitchen. Outside is fenced in and had toys for my daughter to play with. All in all it was such a great trip. We loved it! One of my friends even said they would book it just for a little get away even though she lives 3 minutes away. 😅

Great Place, Really close to downtown but in a safe location. Very close to the Hospital. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is I got cold and couldn't figure out the mini split....But there were extra blankets. Everything was perfect for me and there was no noise to speak of besides a helicopter occasionally due to the location next to the big hospital. Loved the gated parking lot. The neighborhood felt safe and secure.

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

Loved our stay. The neighborhood was walkable and very peaceful. Condo/apartment was a sweet place to stay - view was lovely, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed to cook and dine in and the seating in the living room was cozy. Great location, very walkable neighborhood and beautiful historic homes.

Nathan’s place is in a very quiet neighborhood and we loved that. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Kate is amazing! She always makes me feel at home! With me being a wildland firefighter she clipped a paper article for me about a museum exhibit.

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!

My family stayed at Melissa's condo for 4 nights while in Spokane for a family wedding. It was very convenient to my sisters home so that was a huge plus for us. Communication and check-in was very great. It was super clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with all the basics. It was hot while we were there, but there are plenty of fans so it stayed very comfortable. It is right on the highway, so there's definitely road noise when sitting out on the patio. But you don't notice it inside. We had a great stay and we'll definitely stay here again next time we come to Spokane and need to rent a place. Highly recommend!
