We are part way through renovations with most of the house modernised and some still to go.

There is a separate cottage on site avaliable for booking too to accomodate 4 more guests from November - this is the only other people that may share the pool space with you. It is listed under Parry’s Cottage.

No early or late checkin/out can be accommodated. Due to size of the property for cleaning and turnover.

Note some of the furniture in the property will differ from the photos but will be of a similar quality.

You may like to bring extra towels for the pool.

This is a residential area and there are neighbours.

Day time - early evening events can be accommodated the property must be booked at max guests (16) and booking the extra space that’s listed as Airbnb as noted below (link provided on enquiry)
Additional costs apply (including a fee as a guide $500 up to 25 guests for wedding ceremony $1000 for reception or event up to 25 guests.

Additional cleaning costs $150 for ceremony or short meeting and $350 for reception or event. This will be assessed and discussed on enquiry.
