Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Enjoy your stay in this serene space in the center of the island! Our apartment is only five minutes away on foot, from the main port. It is a space overlooking the main beach of Agios Mamas, suitable to accommodate couples and small families. The space has a king size bed, a sofa bed for two people, as well as the possibility of providing a cot. Just 100 meters away are the two most central beaches of the island!

The apartment is located a 10 minutes walk from the commercial center of the island in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is a comfortable, spatious, bright apartment with a romantic, vintage atmosphere. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/sitting area, balcony and terrace. I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need.

Διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και άνετο μπάνιο, ένα σαλόνι με ένα διπλό καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ! Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι ή οικογένεια .Επίσης , το διαμέρισμα παρέχει μεγάλη αυλή με πολλά λουλούδια .

Cozy large apartment (45m2 or 485 sq. ft), only a 7-minute walk from the harbour and one block (130m) from the main sandy beach. As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a large garden with several dining areas under the trees and stars, and private sitting spaces in all corners.
