This place is very special from the location and the view! I couldn't stop looking at the sea, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the terrace. Christina came 5x/ week to clean, we didn't expect that. She and Panos, the pool manager, were very friendly and gave us tips for the area. Marc was also available beforehand and very friendly about communication. The small cottage is located on the slope and is accessible from the parking lot via stairs up. It is small but nice. The equipment is sufficient. The sitting area (sofa) could be bigger, if the weather is not so good, is only designed for 2 people. There were four of us as a family, but that was ok too! The 2 bedrooms each had a small bathroom. We were completely satisfied and have the beautiful Location enjoyed very much. Thank you for this lovely place!

We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Lenka welcomed us to the property. She was very very friendly and very helpful over our vacation time! There were three of us at this great place. We were able to reach out to Lenka with any question and she always helped us and responded quickly. We are very grateful for that. The view of the sea corresponds exactly to the pictures. Maria and George are great hosts. They told us everything we needed to know from the beginning. Moreover, they checked with us everyday to see if we are well and if we need anything. They recommended us nice places to either sunbathe or eat. Overall, they are such a nice family and me and my friends are glad we met them.

Very nice place. The complex was likely built some 10 years ago, thus somewhat aged, but the apartment as new. Fantastic entrance to the garage in the basement, representing Albanian entrepreneurship. Highly recommended place!

Our stay at Amalia was perfect! It was a peaceful location with stunning views with all the facilities we needed. Lovely clean house with plenty of space for my Husband & I & 2 teenagers. We were able to explore so much of the North & west coast from here, with a number of lovely beaches just 12/15 min away in the car. It’s very easy to park free most places right by the beaches & Corfu really is a beautiful Island. The thing that stood out the most to us was how responsive to our questions and queries our hosts were, and how courteous & helpful they were to make our stay enjoyable. One highlight was joining in with the village community night with BBQ (best Slovakia) & Beer. We loved our holiday and would highly recommend staying here.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Great location, excellent service from the host and the hotel concierge including fixing a minor issue with our TV. Great location far enough away from too much noise but close enough walks to beaches and bars.

Beautiful home where everything has been considered to the smallest detail. Really nice and wamt host. I really reccommend as we felt at home. Great location on the middle of the Island - must with a car og scooter. All in all, an amazing experience.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
