Vacation rentals with a patio in Soyaux

Catherine and Michel are available and very kind. We chose their outbuilding as part of the FIBD. Although a little out of the way, their cozy and warm accommodation was quite accessible using the buses (15 min from Angouleme train station) throughout the festival. A big thank you!

Very clean and functional accommodation. It is well located with buses leading to downtown Angoulême, which can also be accessible on foot (if you don't mind walking) I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Angouleme

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

The beautiful weather at the rendezvous allows you to fully enjoy the inner courtyard, which is perfect for breakfasts, Very modern, welcoming, bright, spacious and very well-equipped accommodation The dim lights in the living room are ideal and well placed for watching movies, The mattress of the bed is very comfortable and the sheets and duvet of very good quality ensure nights without waking up at night, Bathroom with a very large shower, without risk of bumping your elbows while soaping up, Accommodation located in the center, close to small shops, tobacco and bakeries, park, and 3 min drive to a supermarket, Responsive host, good advice and very concerned about our arrival in her home. Very quiet and relaxing stay, which makes you not want to leave... I can only recommend that future tenants experience the same stays. Thanks again, I'll be back with joy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay at Catherine's! I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a family-friendly, peaceful and green place. We were warmly welcomed. Numerous activities are possible even with small children.

The view is amazing! Lots to do, she even gives you a list of things to do. The shower is top notch! The place is beautiful and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. Recommend!

very nice place! the accommodation is on the back of the dwelling so independent and very spacious! we were with a dog who could frolic in an enclosed space and who was very well received too and who would have had a great time also with those of the owner!!, thank you again for the welcome:)

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
