Modern Farm House with old bones and modern amenities. Beyond impressed with the amount of supply’s this home provided. Fully equipped on literally everything you would ever need and MORE for a family friendly stay. Home was clean, fully stocked, slept well, plenty of pace for your own privacy and location, location, location. Short car ride or walk to harbor bonus free parking for your vehicles which allows you to leave your car at home and walk to town. The owner Jules was so sweet simple and easy going! We stayed for our son’s college graduation from Colby College 1 hour away allowing our other family guests time to enjoy Boothbay. WIN WIN! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home with our extended family, including a total of 6 adults and 5 kids. We had two additional adults spend one night, there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a group of our size. The location is unbeatable, right on Drakes Island Beach, with incredible views and direct access to the sand. While we didn’t go in the water, we spent plenty of time relaxing on the beach, walking along the shore, and enjoying the peaceful setting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The large deck and open living spaces gave us plenty of room to spend time together and unwind. This was a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d absolutely return again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We loved staying at this cabin near Popham beach, the house was beautifully renovated. The renovation kept the cabin feel, yet at the same time felt updated and modern. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

My family and I spent a gorgeous Thanksgiving holiday at this home. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, and the house was beautiful, spotless, well-maintained, and felt very homey. We also appreciated the clear instructions for using all the household amenities and systems. Wonderful views from the living room, and such a stunning drive into the area where this home is located. We plan on booking again!

This is a great spot to stay while in Damariscotta - cute, peaceful and comfy, looks just like the photos. It's in a great location, right in town, and near multiple sights and activities, including 4 lighthouses in the mid-coast area - Pemaquid, Marshall Point, Owls Head, and Rockland Breakwater. You can grab the boat to Monhegan in Port Clyde or head up to the Farnsworth in Rockland and tons of other things - it's a fun area and this is a spot that can work nicely as a home base. I didn't see Valerie, but all of our interactions were very pleasant and she's very responsive.

Nice place with a great location. It’s a quick walk to downtown Hallowell. Downtown has coffee shops,bakeries and restaurants. Good access to the rail trail for a nice walk along the river.

Wendy’s place was really nice and the hot tub is very private.. we definitely got our usage out of it… Wendy herself was extremely kind and open minded. She didn’t rush us out come check out, instead, she encouraged us to stay a little longer and enjoy the hot tub before our long journey back home.. she gave us good tips about golden gems only locals know about 🥰 She did have a cool book to share reviews but I didn’t have a pen.. also we left grape soda in the fridge from Canada for the next person to try!! The place is very nice and private. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the downtown area in Camden. Walking distance to the trail to Mt Battie. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jason was very friendly and had clear instructions on how to use everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

The 1 bedroom was exactly as described and pictured. A fun, small, well appointed roost above bustling Congress St. Check in/out was seamless and we had no difficulties connecting with Michelle. In addition to staying in a centrally-located pad, Michelle provided us with a wonderfully detailed list of restaurant recommendations and local trip destinations. We found ourselves referring to it frequently and it led us to some super meals and a fun bike ride around Peaks Island. Her parking guidance was also helpful - we ended up parking on the street without incident or ticket. While not a particular challenge for us, it's useful to know that it's quite a hike up the three floors of stairs to get to the apartment. In all, glad to have stayed there and a great spot from which to explore all that Portland has to offer.

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, cozy, and relaxing space. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and 2 lighthouses, but still had great access to the old port and other parts of Cape Elizabeth.

Such a beautiful location and space for my friends and I when we came to town to celebrate a birthday! Hosts were super friendly and helpful, while also being understanding and flexible with everything! Highly recommend to check this place out if you’re in the area!

My partner and I stayed here while visiting some friends in Portland and had a lovely time. After staying at Dan’s place I have higher expectations for future Airbnb stays! Besides the house’s charm, it was sooooo clean and comfortable. Though the weather was chilly and rainy during our visit, the house was cozy and we made great use of the wood stove. We did minimal cooking, but the kitchen seemed sufficient for your average meal. And honestly, the best part was not having a list of chores to complete at check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon and it was perfect! The location couldn’t have been better and the airbnb was stocked with everything we needed. Nick was super responsive and made sure our stay was wonderful. We will absolutely be back!!!

Wonderful stay delightful Victorian home with great water views on the porch. We had a great breakfast with, farm garden fresh produce, homemade breads. Perfect location for visiting Camden and hiking the State Park. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing girls weekend getaway at Caroline’s place. Caroline is the most kind and sweet host. Absolutely loved our peaceful weekend. The property is beautiful and has beautiful views of the ocean. We also loved the breakfast!

We loved our stay at The Victorian By The Sea!! The inn and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and calming, breakfasts are scrumptious, the location is convenient to hiking in Camden Hills State Park and sightseeing and shopping in the lovely town of Camden, and the host, Caroline, is absolutely delightful, accommodating in making her guests comfortable, resourceful with touring tips, and an amazing cook and baker!

Matt’s place was welcoming comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Matt was always responsive within a few minutes. Matt’s place was conveniently located to Portland with restaurants and shops. Spent A day at Cape Elizabeth, Peaks island and dinner in Naple….. previous visit was to Boothbay Botanical garden Really a great state to visit!!!
