I enjoyed my stay. The place is basic but has a very nice vibe with the balcony. Wifi is stable. I could work from there very well. Ocean Vibe is a great cafe nearby. Antonie is super friendly and helpful.

This is the best house I have ever lived in. The hostess, Ms. Darinee, is very friendly. The room is very large. The bed is also very comfortable. The house is fully furnished. There are also many cute cats nearby.🐱

We stay at the Paul’s apartment for 10 days. Apartment is located in the perfect location, very close do the shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Apartment is also very spacious with the big balcony which has a amazing views. Tv got a good choice of English language channels. Paul is a fantastic host. I can highly recommend to stay in his place. We will definitely back there soon.

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

We had two great weeks at this place !!! You have absolutely peace and quiet here and can relax superbly. You can always be picked up with a grave or Bolt driver or rent a scooter and is flexible. If you have any questions or problems, they responded within minutes and someone was immediately on site ! Really great and friendly contact ! Patong is about 30 minutes by taxi. But also in kamala there are great beach clubs 10-20 min away. We highly recommend this place ☺️

Beautiful location with amazing view. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and had everything you need for life. The staff was very friendly and helped to get to the store or the beach. Great pool and facilities. The extra cost was a bit unexpected as i didn't read the description but it's not big. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

We were greeted with a welcome bottle in a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is more beautiful in real life than in the photos, the experience was more than satisfactory in all respects. Impeccable cleanliness and every kind of comfort available! Highly recommended!

The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

The apartment and fascilities are clean and the host is always responsive. I had a very pleasant stay.

We loved our week in Koh Samui. The villa was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the grounds and pool were very nice. Help with transportation to and from the airport were handled by Ian and his wife, making our stay totally stress free. We loved the huge covered patio for relaxing and listening to the birds. I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

An excellent few days at Nicolas’s apartment. We were able to check in early and it was super easy to gain access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. An easy walk to all that Surin has to offer.

Best place, perfect location, walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very nice and our plane on our last night and he agreed that we then left at the B&B to rest until 4:30.The environment of the B&B is very good, everything is perfect

We loved staying at joeys apartment! It was very clean and had everything you need. It was conveniently located but very quiet so you can rest. It felt like a nice home away from home, and was a lovely break from hostels Thanks so much

Great location and fast response

Nice apartment, located at 2nd floor, so the sun doesn't make you mad at the noon. Nice bath and bed. Good swimming pools and green territory of the building.

This is the place to go if you want to be moments from walking street Bangla Road, but be able to retreat to your sanctuary. A very well appointed apartment with great amenities. A bar, restaurant and rooftop pool upstairs which was fantastic.

Such a gorgeous place and so local to everything, the view was breathtaking. Also includes the rooftop pool and buffet for an additional cost. Thanks Merissa 🙂
