House vacation rentals in Southern Province

Amazing place. I really loved this house. My kids loved the pool and they wanted to stay longer :) I truly recommend this place.

With Sunil as host we always felt safe and relaxed in the house. We had service from the staff 24/7 if we wanted. The breakfast was amazing and Sunil listened to our requests. We never left the breakfast hungry 😋. He fixed us breakfast boxes even when we left as early as 04:00 in the morning. Sunil has a background as travel guide and can help you on site with local arrangements. Even though the ocean is quite wild the beach had few people and you felt sometimes that you were alone on the beach. You can’t lay on your back and float around because of the wave’s that never ends. If you want that you need to take a 200 meter walk on the beach or a tuktuk 5 minutes to a big calm beach, Unawatuna.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent's unique place! The place was even more beautiful in the pictures and the pool was the highlight. We took advantage of all the options, e.g. the massage next door and also the breakfast and dinner. Everything was great! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Cococabana is an absolute gem! We had the best 5 days there at the end of our trip to Sri Lanka. The house is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities you need. The garden/beach is perfect and we loved the outdoor bathroom and the swimming pool. Having access to a mostly empty beach was amazing and we saw sea turtles in the shallows! We also enjoyed the rock pool 'jacuzzi'. Andy is a generous and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. The housekeeper Malani cooked us dinner one night which was delicious and very good value. We didn't want to leave and would love to come back one day!

I have just spent a magical few days in this beautiful villa. It’s clean and bright and beautifully designed and so peaceful overlooking a paddy field. The staff are delightful and can do or organise anything for you. The swimming pool is a big plus. I can’t wait to come back !

Beautiful big villa just outside Galle fort. 5 mins by tuktuk. Spacious bedrooms and a large pool. Excellent food too. We were very well looked after. The house is on a quiet street with not much within walking distance so need to tuktuk everywhere.

We really had a wonderful time at the villa! The photos are not fair to reality here and it really looks much nicer! Everything was great and the pool is an absolute highlight. Everyone is super nice and warm. We'll be back next time for sure. Thanks again and see you soon. Benni ☺️

Amazing place, looked exactly like on photos. It is evident that is is kept in great condition on a regular basis. The host was extremely proactive and helped me set up a birthday breakfast for my husband. All the staff were extremely friendly and did their job amazingly. Would definitely come back!

My stay @ Lalith’s was just what I needed- clean spacious apartment in a local neighborhood. I felt like home with everything in a walking distance. Perfect for online work with lazy mornings at the local beaches:)

We stayed for two nights whilst travelling around Sri Lanka and this couldn’t have been a more perfect location. Right in the middle of the fort, was so nice to be able to just pop back and forth. The home itself is so lovely, comfortable and clean. Great cool escape from the heat outside. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough

We had a wonderful stay in Weligama. The accommodation was neat and the host is so kind! Worth the price. One has to consider, that the house lays directly at the main road. In total a great stay!

Josephine was a great host along with her team that provided a superb service. Would recommend this beautiful villa, super comfy beds, massive communal space for relaxing in, and walkable distance to amenities such as tasty restaurants and spas!

Beautiful serene location and warm welcoming staff. A perfect way to end our travels around Sri Lanka - a bit of luxury and relaxation closely situated to the goings on of Mirissa Beach.

We had such a lovely and tranquil stay! The home was comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the big glass windows are divine to enjoy at any time of day but especially at sunset as you can see the sun slowly setting behind the lush trees. We highly recommend arranging a private yoga lesson from Melanie, she was very experienced and the session felt really personalised, it was such a treat in such a beautiful environment. The home is really close proximity to the beach and the staff on site were friendly and helpful.

A very stylish apartment with an amazing concrete design—almost every element is made of concrete, including the walls, bed base, nightstands, tables, and chairs. It looks really unique! The house is surrounded by lush greenery and is just a 15-minute walk from the beach. I loved strolling through the quiet, narrow streets. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay, making it very comfortable. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy when tuk-tuks pass by on the road, but at night, the traffic is minimal. Overall, a great place to stay!

The White House Lodge was amazing. Janaka and his family made us instantly feel welcome and at home. The apartment is quite spacious and you'll be provided with everything you need. the terrace is very beautiful as well. Everything in Madiha is in walkable distance. Janaka helped us with tuktuks and car rides as well.

A wonderful villa, perfect place for a family or group of backpackers to stay. For the price it’s a steal, all bedrooms and bathrooms were mint. Even some huge speakers to play some music, the family that run it are so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift to our next accommodation.

It is very comfortable, clean and big house with good location (about 2 km to the cost, 5 min by motobike) . For us was available second floor with 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Owner family is living on first floor, they are very kind and lovely people, was helping us with everything we asked.

wonderful colonial villa in quiet neighborhood. there as a bit of confusion at check in but that was sorted out easily . Nice staff and responsive manager , who recommended us to go to a very nice beach side restaurant " la tartaruga" in Unawatuna! highly reccommended

Am booked in for one week, only a five min walk to the beach. It’s ideally located and has a great open space garden area. You don’t hear any traffic only the sounds of mother nature. The room is spacious and the en suite bathroom has a nice shower. A kettle and basic crockery are provided. There’s ample storage space, plug sockets and space to hang your clothes. It’s very affordable and immaculately clean. The mattress is very comfortable and the ceiling fan keeps you cool throughout the night. There’s a washing machine on the property and the host is very accommodating and kind. The dogs greet you upon returning home. Chathura the host has expert knowledge of the surrounding area and is only too happy to assist you. He’s the consummate host, a well deserved five stars.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend of adventuring!

This home, host and his family was our best thing in Weligama! Close to very calm and pretty beach, close to markets, centre, but more calm, no noises in the night, no smokes near..We stayed there for almost month and we were sad to leave. The host is super friendly, super helpful with every little thing. The best experience, better than we expected. We already miss this place and we know that we will come back next year! Would reccomend 100% to everyone!! ❤️ With all the love!

Good location, supernice host, sweet rabbits on the territory of the villa. Hope, the description of one room will be updated soon, cause it differs from the reality :) Also be ready for some extra charges (for example electricity bills, if you need to use ACs.) It was great, that power generator appeared at the end of our staying. It’s a real blessing, when electricity is cut off!
