Kamal is a very responsive , serious host who enjoys welcoming, delighting and sharing his country! The accommodation matches the photos presented . We appreciated Kamal's great availability, the remarkable quality of the meals prepared by Nadir , the possibility of being taken easily and for free to the surroundings , the ability to call on Kamal's service as a guide and the ability to rent a scooter! Very valuable! The location is great and the beach at 50 m is comparable to a private beach, superb, very clean with food or a drink ... Beautiful moments shared with Kamal ... If we were to return to Sri Lanka , we would come right away to Kamal's!

Amazing place with chilled vibrations, surfbreaks in walking distance, lots of nice people and the best Pizza around. Kroot and Romina are such lovely hosts. Highly recommended. Extended my stay and will definetly come back! Thanks for hosting me!

Private beach and view was amazing very friendly host

We were here w/ my girlfriend for a week and we can completely say that's a great place w/ great peoples :) Everything the same as on photos and even better! That's an entire villa w/ large courtyard and w/out any other people, just you, lake and nature. Our host Nupina is awesome! He helped us w/ any of our cases like transfer from airport, contacts, local rules etc.. He has a lot of contacts for surfing, diving, photo shoot, tuk-tuk drivers, etc... If we had any questions we could just ask him and he helped every time :) We even keep in touch after we left this great place. We recommend this place 100%.

Such a nice place with small courtyard. Right at the beach next to the beach break as well as the main reef break. Host and the other people in the accommodation were very lovely. Perfect place to stay for surfing!

If you want to feel Sri Lanka - stay here. Wonderful nature, very helpful owners, comfortable accommodation. We recommend it especially for travellers with kids.

I had a great stay in one of the Garden View rooms here. Sakun was very helpful and responded really quickly when I asked about checking in early and he was very happy to accommodate me. The building is just opposite a lovely family restaurant, which I ate in every night, and is also right on the beach with sun beds that are free for use. I would come back and stay here again if I was ever in Bentota!

Khazim’s place is a bit away from the beach area but only a nice stroll away. It's a great place to stay and Khazim is really helpful.

It was the perfect place for a nights rest after arriving in Sri Lanka. Manujas family were friendly, and took the time to check us in and show us around. A comfortable bed, cute balcony and excellent location being right in the fort.

We stayed here for 12 nights and it was absolutely lovely. The listing doesn’t tell you but there are hosts on the property who take excellent care of you as well! Lakmal and his family cooked all our meals, did our washing and kept the place very clean. They even sorted a car for us during our time there. They were so lovely and amazing with our 2 year old who absolutely loved them! The property is in a brilliant location, close by to Weligama (15 minute walk to the beach). It is just like the photos and extremely clean, Lakmal and his family also cleaned it regularly whilst we were there and provided us with anything we requested. I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a quieter property outside of the busy Weligama but close enough to enjoy it during the daytime.

Here’s a polished rewrite: We stayed at Baxter’s house for five nights, with a group of eight—four adults and four children. It was a wonderful experience! The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the property was especially well-suited for families with kids. The neighboring family manages the restaurant, takes care of the property, and offers various services like yoga and cooking classes. Both Baxter’s family and the family next door were incredibly welcoming and kind. One memorable evening, the neighbors invited us to witness an unforgettable sea turtle experience, where we had the rare chance to watch a sea turtle lay her eggs. Overall, it was an amazing stay at Baxter’s!

Great apartment! Separate living room, bedroom, kitchen. Everything is new. There is absolutely everything you need. Lovely host! The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning, but on the second day I am used to it))

A beautiful spot on the beach , easy access to tuk tuks, and nice to have meals made on site if needed. We enjoyed our stay and my kids loved the pool and beach.

We had an amazing stay at Sanath’s apartment, it was comfortable and clean and well located for Weligama beach (within walking distance), and Mirissa (short taxi or tuktuk away). Sanath is a very kind and lovely host and was always quick to respond to any questions. He was flexible when it came to check out and collecting our bags from the apartment. We loved the breakfast which was very kindly cooked for us! I would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you Sanath :)

We really enjoyed our holiday in this apartment. Faris was super friendly, he always helped us when we needed something, there was not one thing he couldn‘t manage! The check-in was easy and fast, when we arrived at the lodge, Faris was immediately there and showed us around. He also helped us with the sri lankan sim cards and the mobile wifi-router. Also, the location was fantastic! The lodge is directly on the beach and supermarkets, cafés/restaurants and everything else you need is right around the corner. I will definitely come again, thank you Faris!!
