Beach house vacation rentals in Southern France

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

The cabin is beautifully decorated, the equipment is quality. What can I say about the outside except that the wonderful terrace invites you to stroll and relax… The pool area is a real paradise. To top it off, Stéphane and his wife are welcoming and very friendly hosts! A haven of peace, a real gem nestled in the middle of nature where we will be happy to return…

We were delayed by over 3 hours due to weather and train delays. We ended up walking from Sturla Station to Alessios place which was about 15 mins. Alessio was very understanding and made arrangements for our late check-in. Orlando was really kind and showed us around. We loved the house and slept so well, even through the beach party that lasted til 2:30 Friday night! Live music on the beach was really neat, we opened the windows and let the music and ocean breeze in! We recommend Patanegra Ristorante across the beach for dinner and the great little Foccacia place 6 steps from the front door. All staff were very nice friendly 🥰 Would love to stay here again!

Silvio is a gentleman and his mother is very kind and attentive. The suite is beautiful, the view, breathtaking! An unforgettable relaxing time, we will be back this summer. Thank you Silvio for all these good recommendations! And a big thank you to your mom, so classy and simple.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

We enjoyed the absolutely stunning views from the balcony, the easy-to-use kitchen, and having everything we needed – from a deck of playing cards to a broom for sweeping up. It's a super relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. Something to be aware of: you can hear the people next door through the walls... the ones staying there when we were there were quite noisy. I'd bring earplugs next time.

Our stay at Javier's Airbnb was truly exceptional. Javier is a phenomenal host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our journey. He provided excellent restaurant recommendations and was very flexible when we needed to adjust our dates. His detailed check-in instructions were seamless, and he was super flexible with our check-out time. The property itself is absolutely fabulous, exactly as pictured. It's perfectly situated just steps away from the beach, awesome restaurants, and shops. The breathtaking views are incredible. We highly recommend Javier's place for an unforgettable getaway!

A peaceful and relaxing place 😉 The hot tub, sauna and massage table are a plus in a perfect place to get away from our daily routine. The decor is pretty, in every room! Thank you again for the welcome, and small touches like rosé in the fridge! We will be back!

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views.

We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very designer and clean. Quality furniture.

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Accommodation is as described, the heated pool is a real plus. Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Beautiful house in a stunning location and amazing surroundings. Alison’s home is incredibly well-equipped — the kitchen is perfect for cooking, and the tables by the terrace and the pool are ideal for enjoying meals together outdoors. The area is peaceful and the beds are excellent, so getting a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. Alison provides a detailed guide full of tips and things to do — she knows the area very well and is always there to help if needed. Everything in the house works perfectly and truly feels like home. You can sense the love and care that’s been put into the place; it’s clearly not just a rental property, which gives it a very personal and welcoming feel.

Great place to stay. We took our toddler and were provided with a lovely cot and high chair which made things easier. Lovely accommodation with a nice pool. Easy to walk to the beach and town. We went in May so it was not too busy. François was a very good host with good local recommendations.

The stay was really great! The place had everything we needed, and the view was just fantastic. The surroundings were also super nice and totally relaxing. We felt really comfortable – happy to come back!

Beautiful sea view... You can't get enough of it all day long. Very nice house and easy to stay in. Beach 2-minute walk, uncrowded at this time of year. The house is very well equipped. It has everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful little house with amazing rooftop and view

My husband, my 4-year-old son and I had a great stay at Alexia's. The house is beautiful and the heated pool an absolute highlight. The surrounding area is very nice, many great beaches are within easy reach. The contact with Alexia was super nice and straightforward. I'm sure we'll be back

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Super relaxing stay in the lower level of Erika and Giovanni’s home with a view of the sea from the patio, comfy bed, and all the amenities we needed. Just enough privacy but also just enough attention from the hosts who are very generous and friendly if you need recommendations or help with the bikes, etc. We really enjoyed exploring the charming neighborhood, doing the coastal walk, biking all around town, swimming at different beaches, and seeing old town Antibes. Fantastique!

We had a great time at Marcello and Flora's. The two are super friendly and open. The accommodation is equipped with everything and very clean. The highlight is the beautiful garden and the beautiful view of pine trees and the sea. Thanks for the hospitality :-)

We had a great and relaxing time with Fabrice. We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the time - great location, everything very clean, uncomplicated communication and the beautiful accommodation, which was lovingly furnished to the smallest corner as well as the great terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and into the distance.
