Had the most amazing stay in this luxury air bnb. Spotlessly clean, very tasteful furniture and decor. Amazing views! Lovely balcony to both lounge and bedroom. Made to feel very welcome. Would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely stay again!

Great location for exploring Rochester

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Anand's. The apartment was clean and as described on the listing. Excellent location close to Brentwood high street, plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants cafes etc. and a short walk (10/15 minutes) to the train station which has Elizabeth line with direct trains into central London. Anand was very helpful and accommodated our extra requests such as providing cots for our baby and toddler, high chair and toddler toilet seat which made our stay much more relaxed. He was quick to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with when necessary. I am happy to recommend a stay at Anand's and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

It was great time I love the place

Peter was a great, friendly host. He sent a video ahead of time showing where to park (very helpful). The place has a view of Canterbury Cathedral tower right out the living room window, and we loved hearing the bells. It was a surprisingly spacious place right in the hear of Canterbury. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the Abbey, and St. Martin's church (and all of city center). Peter was very quick to respond to any issues we had, and we enjoyed talking with him! Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our stay. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the beautiful and spacious park is just across the road which was really handy. The apartment is comfortable and uncluttered which suited us and the excellent check-in instructions made this aspect really easy and straightforward. The hosts are really responsive so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. Having an allocated parking space was the icing on the cake as we were in and out a lot visiting various local attractions. Our favourite things to do were the guided tour of the castle, Mersea Island and the Beth Chatto Gardens. If you want to splash out then we can really recommend booking the tasting menu at Kintsu - absolutely superb.

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! So spacious, we loved chilling in the conservatory especially, and Colin and the team were very responsive to our needs!

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Carol was a most welcoming host at her beautifully appointed and decorated house. Plenty of space, extremely comfortable and everything we needed. Carol was responsive with messages and provided some ideas of places to visit. All in all we had a great time and would recommend.

Roni and her husband were absolutely wonderful hosts! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Roni suggested a lot of nearby places to visit which helped a lot. On our last day, they welcomed us to their nearby home and let our kids enjoy the dogs, chickens and lovely garden they have. The space was spotless, cozy, and had all the little touches that showed they genuinely care about their guests. It was clear they put a lot of thought and heart into creating a warm, inviting environment. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience. Thank you, Roni and family, for making our trip so special!

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Really nice and clean, easy check in instructions. Was small but was nicely decorated. You are in their garden when you stay there but the owner has good privacy measures in the air b&b so no one can see in.

Not our first stay and won’t be our last stay. Great accommodation in a great location. Look forward to our next visit

Home was bright, airy and clean. Beautifully presented with a chic decor. Host suggested dog friendly activities and eateries in the area pre arrival and had great communication. Kitchen was modern and having milk, coffee and tea was a bonus but floor tiles were cracked in a few places. Bathroom was stunning and had some toiletries available. I didn’t feel comfortable using the shared garden with my dog as he would definitely spoil the other guests relaxation time. Also being able to see into their bedroom and lounge felt intrusive. However, we made full use of the large lounge balcony instead to soak up the sun. Unfortunately the bridge to Chalkwell Beach was closed which made the walk to that beach longer but the walk to Leigh on Sea along coastal path was very pleasant with plenty of dog friendly pubs and eateries. All in all we had an amazing time.

This is a superb place to stay in London. Located in a quiet and pleasant locality, but also close to public transport (tube, bus and ferry), it is convenient and reasonably priced. The apartment is better than the pictures! Yes, clean, well maintained, with tastefully done interiors, thoughtfully stocked kitchen and a breathtaking view of Thames , it was truly a lucky find. I had a comfortable stay here with my parents and grandma. The host too, is quick to respond and makes sure you are comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

This is a gem of an air bnb. Faultless information, carefully curated and accurate gallery of pictures, well thought through description. Welcomed as if old friends with flexibility. Superb interior design The property was pristinely cleaned and presented. Tech enabled control of the living environment which added further to the carefully chosen furnishings and fittings. Sun terrace was a real bonus. Staying for London Marathon, peaceful nights were a real necessity and Scott’s place delivered. Felt secure. Nearby parking by arrangement was good value. Local area delivers well for restaurants and food purchases. I would have no hesitation in booking again or in recommending, you won’t do better!
