This place is perfect for a family. A few minutes walk to the beach with the beach hit included. The climbing frame at the back of the garden and plenty of space for our 3 and 5 year old to run around. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped - a perfect weekend!!

Very nice place in a lovely area. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and fast communication. I recommend this place. We will be coming back.

Another wonderful stay - the house is a true gem, a real home away from home. Our daughter loved returning to the “ballet studio” up at the top of the house. Thanks again!

Really great stay for a large group, wirh fantastic sized bedrooms all round, plenty of space for everyone and lovely outdoor space for good weather!

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

The Oast House is the perfect retreat. It is set in a beautiful estate, and very private and peaceful. It’s perfect for mixed groups of adults and children. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate in rebooking.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully converted church. The space is even better than the photos – truly unique, with so much character and charm. David was great at responding to our messages, always friendly and quick to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable and one-of-a-kind experience.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

We stayed with four people at Victoria's place. The key handover was uncomplicated, the apartment was clean and as described in the pictures. We had a great stay, we will be happy to come back.

if I could give them 6 stars I would. amazing hosts beautiful chalet. exactly as described. plus point the lovely pub next door does phenomenal food with huge portions. fantastic communication . definitely our favourite air b and b hands down.

Cosy, spacious, homely and comfortable- we loved Jonathan’s flat. They were kind enough to let us check in early, super friendly, and lovely. The flat has everything you could wish for and more, we loved the extras for the children (plastic plates, cups etc) it made it so easy with young children. It was warm and my daughter said ‘it was the best nights sleep she ever had!’. Thanks - we will be back!

We had a lovely 1 night stay, very easy self check in with clear instructions. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen has all you need to cook with. Would recommend

Lovely spacious two bed flat, close to the beach and shops. It has everything you need for the best stay. The hosts are super friendly and always have good recommendations for places to go. We’ve stayed here a few times and would always come back

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. PRIVATE AND PEACEFUL. GOOD LOCATION WITH NEARBY SHOPS , LOCAL PUB WHICH WE ATE AT WITH GOOD FOOD. GREAT COASTAL WALKS RIGHT ON THE DOORSTEP. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COASTAL SOUL FOR A COMFORTABLE AND HOMELY STAY.

Great place in the lovely town of Whitstable. The place was really nice, according to the pictures & description. Whitstable is very pleasant coastal city in itself but also a great point to discover surrounding area (Canterbury, Chatham, Dover...). Definitely recommended.

We cannot rate this air BnB highly enough. Firstly we should mention how fantastic the facilities are here and how every care has been given to ensure everything you should possibly need is on hand. This air BnB is impeccably clean. It is also perfectly placed to access the rich variety of experiences the Darent Valley has to offer. The view from this apartment is simply beautiful. We have to mention how welcoming and friendly Diana is. Her communication prior to arrival and throughout the stay was outstanding. Always on hand to offer assistance and recommendations. The place is very baby friendly if you have a baby that’s not yet crawling. We hope to be back in the future!

Carol was such a wonderful host. As soon as I drove in she had come out to greet us pleasantly. She went to retrieve the key for us which was a polite gesture and showed us around The Annexe which was amazing when we got in. She also helped us with a few things and The Annexe had everything that was listed in the description. A must visit if you're in the area and I would be likely to visit again.
