I had a wonderful stay at this flat. It is located in a quiet area, clean, comfortable and close to amenities.

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Our stay at Debi's was beyond expectations. I needed a quiet space near the sea to relax and stay away from noisy London. location is great, just 10mins walk from Long Rock nature reserve and the beach. We just crossed a wonderful field where my dog could run and enjoy the open space. The little garden at the entrance is safe and well exposed to the sun all day. The house is compact and well furnished, beautifully decorated, spotless and comfy, with more than what's needed for a perfect comfortable stay. We both enjoyed our treats kindly left by Debi and loved the little notes left all around to help. The lavender spray by the bedside is a lovely touch, makes you feel pampered. What a lovely place, so well located a few minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants. Peter was helpful and responsive but the property was secluded and felt like a home from home. Everything we needed was available, and we enjoyed a fabulous stay. The sun shone which was an unexpected bonus. Wouldnt hesitate to book again !

Perfect destination for a long weekend 😀 Super clean, beautifully decorated flat literally 5 mins walk to the sea. Whitstable around a 25 minute flat walk along the coast road with ice cream parlours en route. Owners very helpful and left a lovely selection of treats including wine and a selection of baked goods. Everything thought of including toiletries, charging cables and cushions on the outdoor furniture. High quality of fixtures and fittings throughout. Absolutely loved the enclosed private garden with flowers and chirping sparrows. Close to restaurants, take aways or a nice M&S for eating in. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We booked this gem for my daughter who was flying in late into Stansted. Margaret was really helpful especially as she was arriving late. The room was perfect and the breakfast and lovely teas left in the room were such a lovely gesture. My daughter really enjoyed her short stay and loved sitting in the beautiful garden eating her breakfast and listening to the birds. Thank you Margaret for hosting and for providing a fantastic bed and breakfast. We will definitely stay next time we fly out of Stansted.

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. All the staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. Restaurant served a good variety of food. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a nice stay.

It was an absolute delight staying with Maria & Paul, who couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming! I felt right at home as soon as I arrived and for the whole month I was there. Maria had even made me a delicious fresh sourdough to welcome me, which was amazing! Maria and Paul are absolutely lovely - we enjoyed a lot of laughter together! - and the room and house were spotlessly clean and comfy. Plus I had many happy Spring-sunshine coffees in the lovely garden, and was even treated to the most exquisite slow-roasted lamb cooked to perfect in their wood-fired oven! A real home from home and I had a very happy month there. 😊 Thank you both - and a very Happy Birthday Maria!!! 🎊🥳🎊 I look forward to staying again :) ❤️

Exceptional hosts, wonderful, cozy, clean, and peaceful place, great countryside walks on your doorstep and restaurants and shops in walking distance. Accommodation was spacious and we had everything we could think of, even though the shower room is quite small, it serves its purpose well. Elaine couldn’t do more for us and we really enjoyed our stay with her and Teg. The breakfast really is out of this world and the attention to detail in everything Elaine does is something to be experienced. Hopefully will come back! Many thanks for everything Elaine and Teg.

Sonja’s BnB was perfect for what I wanted - just a single night stay to attend an event close by - and Sonja herself was helpful and polite and we had a lovely chat over breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
