great experience overall.

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

We very much enjoyed our stay! It's a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in a terrific location.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Great clean and tidy place

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate and modern. We were thrilled with everything. The hosts were always responding to our queries in a very timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

We chose this house for its access to the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre and were delighted with how clean, well furnished and fresh it was. Rene was an excellent communicator and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, very cute rustic cottage with all the home comforts. There was a bit of street noise on Friday and Saturday nights but that comes with being so close to the MCG during footy season. Jake was a brilliant host and answered all of my queries promptly.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

on site parking was super helpful, plus the parking permit for our babysitters. all in all a great stay

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Great house and Ali is an awesome host, she’s fast respond and very responsive when I was booking this last minute due to problem with our previous airbnb. Her house is exactly like the picture and description, love the area and the house are clean, i love that there’s a bedroom complete with kitchen and living area on the first floor making it easy for me that’s bringing twins here with tons of stuff. Would love to come back to this house again next time ✨✨

A beautiful clean terrace house great heating great location and the most comfortable bed!

We were looking for somewhere special to stay in Melbourne and Boston’s accommodation was exceptional and ticked every box! It was like home away from home, the location was perfect (quick easy tram to the city, lots of cafes with great coffee and food) and it was a wonderful place to unwind and relax (especially in the private courtyard). The place was so clean with very comfortable beds. Boston was a brilliant host, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend 68 Appleton Street and cannot wait to return for another stay! Thanks again, Boston, 10/10!!

This is the most delightful place to spend a few days. The cottage is spacious, furnished for comfort and decorated in a beautiful aesthetic. We enjoyed generous and thoughtful provisions and it was fantastic to have a well functioning kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linen sheets. With trams, shops and cafes nearby, the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens just at the end of the street and so much to explore on foot with lovely historic homes in the surrounding streets, the location is superb. We loved our stay and Daniel’s communication was quick and I formative. Access was easy. 11 am departure was perfect.

The home was charming and just felt like home during our stay. The location could not have been more perfect and the checkout instructions were so easy. Ange was a wonderful host and I would definitely look to book her home again next time I’m in Melbourne.
