Apartment with excellent view, facing the sea. Mario is super attentive, clean apartment and safe condominium. We even used the condominium pool when it was sunny, a complete experience. We'll definitely be back more often.

Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

The apartment is very well located in an area that is not downtown but is a super exclusive area, the building has a reception, security, a total luxury. Ana Beatriz was excellent. She communicated before we arrived, left us instructions and water in the fridge with chocolates. It was very thoughtful of her. The apartment is very clean, just as seen in the photos, facing the sea, easy access to the beautiful beach of Barra. We had a great stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The stay and contact with Fabio were great. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the beach as well as transportation to other points in RJ. The apartment fully reflects the photos. Spacious rooms, several bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, bed linens, towels… a spacious living room, and as we were in a group of friends, a window that has a small view of the sea allowed us moments of rest and relaxation.

Espaço corresponds exactly with the description presented. Breathtaking view is a lot to do in the surroundings.

Great stay! We love staying with the Elf and Carol! Very helpful, attentive and careful! The apartment is perfect, had everything and more! We're very happy with the MIMO we received! Clean towels and bedding! Location close to everything, very amazing especially for those who will get to know the sights of the city because it has easy access to all the locations! Bares, restaurants, pharmacy and super nearby markets, we did everything by walk! We hope to come back many more times!!! One of the best experiences we've had! We only have to thank 🤍🤍🤍

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. Amazing days at Thiago's stay. There were three of us friends and the place was easily accessible and safe. The condominium has a fitness center, sauna, game room and what made our life much easier was a restaurant with great prices. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. As a suggestion, I only missed having a clothesline to hang the wet clothes, but nothing that would affect the stay. I hope to return soon. Reservem without fear.

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Great! A breathtaking view, the photos reflect the reality and this apartment is beautiful! Big, well-organized, thoughtful! Aki is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have had! The doorman downstairs were still there and we were always safe. On the 10th floor you enjoy a magnificent view of Copacabana! Don't hesitate, this apartment is splendid!

A big thank you to Adriana for her warm welcome and kindness. The Rooftop is amazing because of its atypical side, its layout and its neat decoration. The view of sugar bread and Corcovado is exceptional. The fact that it is totally open to the outside gives it a unique character and you immediately experience a feeling of well-being. The neighborhood is quiet or not very lively but close to a big mall. To swim in the hectic atmosphere of the cariocas , just call an Uber taxi at an affordable price, to get to the four corners of Rio.

Apartment and perfect location... we love the affection and care at check in... close to everything, cute place... I felt at home ..
