The communal facilities on the rooftop include a heated roof top pool, BBQ area there is a large well equipped GYM with stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding area. The tram stop is just 5 minutes away.

Surrounded by water views and exquisite gardens, this incredible and spacious home has guests literally not wanting to leave. Well laid out and very well appointed with a gorgeous and wide canal on one side and a glimmering heated pool on the other. You will wake up to the North East facing water front, open the bifold doors and you will know you are on holiday. The covered pool side gazebo, outdoor shower, carpeted jetty and sandy beach are more reasons that our guests leave great reviews

Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Boutique guesthouse that is private, cozy, self contained with double glazed doors and windows. Upon request we welcome small, quiet, well behaved dogs under 12kg. New electric lounge recliner. Saltwater swimming pool located on our side of the property with an adjoining gate/fence for guests enjoyment. Paradise Breeze speaks for itself. One minute drive to our local pet friendly Cafes and Restaurants The Broadwater/ Village shopping at Paradise Point are pet friendly with dogs on lead.

A fab stay at this centrally located and stylish apartment in 'Peninsula' resort, Surfers Paradise with incredible ocean views from Level 37. Literally across the road from the beach, and so close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The tram is a couple of minutes walk allowing you to quickly get around the Coast, or if you are driving we have a dedicated carpark. *** Note foyer of resort is being renovated Sept - Dec 2025 but does not affect apartment enjoyment or use of facilities.

There is a pool at the southern end of the building. 1 x allocated secure carpark in the buildings basement. Plenty of on street parking.
