Guaranteed relaxation, so close to coastal walks & beaches and a short drive to the CBD. Welcome to our little bit of paradise in a most beautiful part of the coast! “I booked at the last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by picturesque beauty of Lighthouse Beach and the surrounding area. Christine and Kym have a lovely home set back from the street and surrounded by lush gardens. Even though they live upstairs, the studio space is very private, with parking and it’s own entrance. It’s light and bright and clean. The small kitchenette is adequate for preparing simple meals (I cooked up mushrooms on toast with a glass of red wine). Water pressure in the shower was amazing, just what I needed after my drive from Sydney. For brekkie the next morning, Christine recommended ‘Coast’ cafe down on the beach and it didn’t disappoint. Great coffee and good selection. Tacking point lighthouse is within easy walking distance at the end of the beach. I only stayed for one night, but would have been happy to stay longer. Christine and Kym are blessed to be able to call this little piece of paradise home.”

“The apartment proved to be a well located and comfortable spot to explore Port Macquarie and surrounds. The property presented as advertised, it was spotlessly clean, stylish and met our needs perfectly. The host’s instructions were accurate and easy to follow. There are excellent places to eat and drink in easy walking distance. Skye’s tips were spot on. The coffee shop downstairs was particularly convenient and provides excellent coffee and treats. Given the times we are lucky to be able to travel and stay in such nice places. Thoroughly recommended.”
The Shack is the ideal retreat that is close to everything, yet away from it all. A nice half way stop, if going to Sydney, Brisbane / Byron Bay. 3 minutes from the Pacific Highway, A1 / M1 . Stop a night or two and relax on the 5 secluded acres, with just the wildlife. The Shack is seperate, fully self contained and set back off the road. Only a 10 minute drive to Port Macquarie CBD, The Glass House, Westport Park and only a 6 minute drive to Wauchope. A quiet relaxing stop after a long drive.
“I wish I could have stayed longer than the one night. The outdoor lounge area was divine- looking out into nature. The room was inviting and bed comfy. Lots of space, especially just for myself. Grateful to have had the opportunity to stay”
