Cottage vacation rentals in South Shore

My friends and I had a great weekend away. The cottage had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great touch!

This is an absolutely amazing place. We will definitely be back. Dorian was great. We had some questions and he was very quick to respond. 10/10. Highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay! Cottage was across from ski Wentworth and had everything we needed. Relaxing vibe, clean, and cozy with the fire going. Wifi worked great, kids loved the hot tub and beds were comfy! Davis was a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. Thanks Davis - will be coming back next year!

Mark's place was lovely! I and a group of 7 adults came here for a getaway. The pellet stove was super nice and easy to use and the hot tub was just as relaxing. Overall we didn't have any issue with the hot tub only fitting 6 as usually we didn't all want to use it at once anyways. Some of us found that the beds were even more comfortable than our beds back home and the place felt well put together. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and private with lots of outdoor seating. We also made use of the outdoor games that were available! The kitchen had everything we needed.Mark was also a fantastic host and responded to us within 10 minutes when we had any questions. Overall would definitely return!

The cottage was beautiful. Loved hearing the birds chirping in the bedroom over the speaker. The place was so clean and smelt good as well. Hot tub was nice. Loved the enclosure. Will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about this place. It feels like home. It’s cozy and inviting. The hosts were responsive, respectful and kind. They have everything covered so you don’t even have to think! Fully stocked kitchen, hairdryer, beach towels, lots of fuzzy blankets and more!! They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The extra added touches show how much they truly care about your stay. For those looking, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was fabulous, and the place was so clean! This is an amazing Airbnb! Well done!

The cottage was homey and very comfortable. Julie always responded to us very quickly, and stayed on top of all of our questions. The beach was incredible, the kids had as much fun as us. We definitely would recommend, and would love to go back!

Distance from a short walk to the beach. The value for money is excellent. The host is proactive. My children and I had a great stay at Pointe-du-Chene. NB

Very relaxing and quiet place. It poured rain the second night we were there so we enjoyed the games room! It was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. Tranquility Cove is precisely that, a tranquil spot perched on the edge of the ocean. As a host Bonnie was wonderfully responsive and very gracious. The cottage itself was well appointed with comfortable beds (an essential). Despite the fact that we were there for the coldest and iciest days of February, we were still able to on a series of hikes, so to that end the cottage is perfectly located for people who like to explore the more southernly part of Nova Scotia's gorgeous South Shore. We felt at home and at peace immediately, that sense of comfort permeated our entire stay. I strongly recommend Tranquility Cove as an ideal location for a quiet getaway.

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

I loved staying at this place so much. Chad & Nicki were super helpful and accommodating and eager to help make my stay as lovely as possible. This property is right on the ocean, in a very beautiful location. The place was clean and homey and I had everything that I could need. The place is a little farther from a town, but this was not a problem as I had my car. Overall 10/10 place, 10/10 hosts. I am looking forward to returning.

cozy, clean and quiet with lots of lovely beaches and restaurants near by. Great birding in the area and fantastic musical shows very close and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, due to health circumstances, we were unable to stay at Shelly’s place. However, communication with Shelly was excellent, she is very compassionate and understanding, and I look forward to staying at her place in the future.

Anita's place is beautiful. A large clean space in nature. We would highly recommend and will be back.

Cute place in view of the bridge ! Peaceful and so quiet . I would definitely come back again ! So close to beach stairs made it easy for several trips a day ! My first trip to PEI and I picked a jewel. Colleen was an excellent host and truly one of my best Airbnb stays.

We Had a family reunion “staycation”!! This Was a perfect spot. Open space for the play pen and baby toys! Beautiful view & yard. We brought our own groceries and stayed in. The kitchen was very workable and had all the kitchen tools we could have needed. The wood stove was such a relaxing mood setter. The outdoor hot tub was lovely! (2 ppl) The deck was perfect for enjoying the outdoors with babies! Host had loads of little fine touches. Washer & dryer worked great! Parking was good, right next to the door and no stairs needed. Felt right at home and very comfortable! This is a perfect location of longer stays!

Wendy and Ron were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their relationship place was very clean and quiet with a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful modern cottage on a private and picturesque oceanfront property. Kevin’s place provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. Great host, would love to return.

This cabin is cozy and comfortable, its location is very peaceful and the lake is beautiful. I will be back again when the weather warms up! Derek was proactive and quick to respond to any questions. Loved having a jetted tub in the cabin, was so relaxing.

A perfect place to stay while visiting a few days for a friend’s wedding. Spotless, cozy, great location, close to the beach, and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you Greg!

Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!
