Vacation rentals with a fire pit in South Kingstown

The Mermaid Cottage is located on a quiet property away from high traffic roads. It’s about 5 minutes from the main part of Westport, and less than 15 minutes to Horseneck Beach. What I enjoy about the cottage is it is peaceful, and has everything we need for an enjoyable visit. Thank you Steve!!!!

So glad to have stayed at Sal's place. There were enough bedrooms and beds for our extended family to stay together in one place for a college graduation. The living room and porch were comfortable for relaxing. The mattresses were super comfortable with nice linens. It was clean and tidy. We were very comfortable staying there for a long weekend.

Great house. Exceeded our expectations and short distance to Newport! Host was communicative, helpful & the house was very clean!

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

Great open space to host a family stay! Beautiful yard and deck. It would be a home we would stay again in the future.

We stayed here for a week for our daughter’s graduation from the Coast Guard Academy. It was perfect. Great walk from the academy, all sidewalks, very safe area. The location is on a short dead end Street so you don’t have a bunch of cars driving by. The house itself is beautiful. It is bigger than it shows in the pictures. The yard is bigger and the deck is bigger than the photos show as well. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. I can’t say a single negative thing about it or offer anything to improve. I’m still amazed at what we got for the price that we paid. And the hostess is wonderful. Very quick response time for any questions that we had.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Really great building with all listed amenities. Great flat with all the necessities and comfortable as can be while traveling. Really prime location in the heart of the town with easily walkable destinations all around.

Sean is a fantastic host - highly responsive, reasonable, personable, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting him in-person a couple times throughout our stay. Check-in was very easy with the keypad. Beds and cushy couch may take some adjusting to, but the space itself is grand, roomy and felt like our own, with just the right amenities. The heat and A/C came on quickly and effectively, as did hot water. Area is ideal, close enough to the action with enough peace on a side street, but not secluded enough to feel unsafe about personal belongings. I was most anxious about parking before arriving, but were provided assurances by Sean ahead of time, and had no issue on a Mother’s Day weekend Friday-Monday landing a street spot either right in front of the building or a block away, even on trash day. Would love to stay again on our next trip over!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

My college friend and I always do a yearly reading retreat Memorial Day weekend and Lori’s place was the perfect getaway. The views were breathtaking and the house on the lake was so peaceful definitely recommend this quiet lake getaway. Still dreaming of the sunset on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was thoughtfully curated. The space was spotless and perfectly sized for our family of three. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. We also appreciated the thoughtful addition of toys for our 3-year-old, which was a nice surprise and kept him entertained during our downtime. Although we had minimal interaction with the host, they were incredibly sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get anywhere, making it the ideal home base for our trip. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is our second time staying at Jennifer’s home and we love it so much!! Jennifer’s home is beautiful, very comfortable and the decor is well done. The lawn and garden were prestine. We enjoyed sitting on the deck having a drink and sipping a cup of coffee. Our granddaughter loved the flowers and playing in the backyard. If she could she would've picked all of the beautiful flowers. Lol! This is a really extraordinary property and you couldn't ask for a better host. Jennifer is an amazing host!!

This apartment is a block off the 4th of July parade route in Bristol. Quiet residential street but short walk to downtown, great restaurants, and historic locations. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This was our third rental in Bristol and by far the best. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

This was the quaintest little cabin for our writing retreat. My friends and I were able to relax and focus in this adorable space. There was plenty of room for the four of us, it was so cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is amazing and there was a cute brewery just up the road. It’s a bit bigger than the pics and beautifully decorated. We plan on going back!

This was a weekend getaway for our anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Everything is exactly like the pictures. The neighbors had a large party and we did not hear a thing inside the cabin! It rained most of the days but we were very comfortable. If you love nature, you will love this place. Bring your hiking boots and your binoculars for bird watching. There are several ponds nearby for fishing and you may consider visiting the local wineries. Hope to come back again!

Had a great time in this peaceful wonderful setting. Saw and heard maybe 40 bird species. (Using Merlin app). Frogs and turtles too!everything we needed! Beds are very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Karin’s place. She is a gracious host. There were great cottage offers beautiful lake experiences, including beautiful sunsets. She has a great waterfront and an expansive yard. It’s located on the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island border with easy access to 3 states.

This is just an adorable little cabin. A perfect spot to bond with a loved one, write a short story or wait out the apocalypse. The pond’s gorgeous, the roving barn cat is friendly and free with cuddles, and the wifi’s passable. I was here with my dad, and gave him the bedroom while claiming the sleeping loft for myself. Felt like a kid up there. Just a really cool space.

Beautiful property. Very spacious. We could hear all the wildlife every morning. Sitting on the porch swings was our favorite. The house is so nice and secluded. Mary was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful stay!

Great little place on a beautiful lake that was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the lake and the bonfire pit. I especially enjoyed the option of a gas grill and charcoal grill!! I used both. The house was very clean and felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We would love to stay again!!!!

Gary thought of everything! This place was set up and ready to go. We loved having a little fire in the evening and sipping coffee on the dock in the mornings. Definitely has a cabin feel to it with smells of cedar. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Gary was a great host!
