Nice place to stay with your family and friends. On the highway which makes it very easy to reach. Also parking is just at home stay very easy to park. Usually in hills you don't get a good place to park your car. Suraj and Ranjeet are show makers there so quick to respond and very very kind enough to wake up early in the morning to help us check out.

This is a humble request to Deepak ji for uploading better pictures as the ones already uploaded DO NOT DO JUSTICE. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL property! The view is breathtaking. Ideal to spend some quality time away from the city. Locals were very very sweet too.

We were a big group visiting Kainchi dham and hence booked this property. The bedroom was huge and roomy as was the living room and kitchen. They had provided us with room heaters and extra bedding. Trust me when i say this that people charge double for half the size of rooms near the temples. So it was a big plus point and surprise finding such a roomy and well equipped property. Our whole family had a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again for sure!

Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. The property is just as it looks in the photos. The biggest plus point is that it is centrally located with everything literally within 5-10 mins walking distance - grocery, stationary, restaurant, mall road, lake, medicine shop everything. It was neat and clean and very well kept. As soon as you enter, you'd feel at home. For us, specially the kitchen was most helpful as we had a young kid and we had prepared her food. I have never stayed in an AirBnB property which had a better equipped kitchen. Next, as a host Suruchi is a superhost. As soon as we had booked the property, she had been with constant touch with us and responded to all of our queries with a lot of patience. She was so kind that she actually allowed us to check in early, even though she already had other guests. She arranged regular caretaker for cleaning, utensils etc. She even arranged a car for us for drop to Delhi from her contacts. We are very thankful and recommend her and her property. 5 stars without a doubt

Well, before I reached Reshma's place, I received her text with all the details. She greeted me very warmly, which is something every Airbnb host should learn. The rooms were very clean and nice, the washroom was spotless, and the view from the room was amazing. It was a very peaceful place, just 25 minutes away from Baba Neem Karoli's spot, around 9.7 km. The only thing was that the kitchen seemed a bit less clean, but otherwise, Reshma treated me very well. Thank you for having me!

We stayed here for 2 nights, and what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view of Naini Lake..right from the bed and balcony. The location is quite convenient too, just a 10-minute walk down a public staircase to Mall Road and the lake. Pallavi was a great host, always available with the right information at the right time. Caretaker Geeta, was also lovely and responsive whenever we needed assistance. A few things to keep in mind.. access to the homestay is physically challenging. one has to climb down over 100 steep steps from the parking area, and the climb back up can feel like a marathon (though staff is available to help with luggage). It's also advisable to have a clear understanding with the host regarding available amenities. Google Maps location on Airbnb was slightly off. Ask for correct location to avoid making a u-turn on narrow road with steep slope. Our stay was memorable.. the view alone makes it worth coming back. Will definitely visit again!

We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! Much thanks to AirBnB for facilitating such wonderful services for people and thanks a ton to the awesome host Bushra!

The place is amazing, the hosts were great. They have a 24/7 care taker in the property named Sachin, who took care of all the needs we had on commuting, eating and sightseeing. The rooms are exactly as described in the listing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Though the property requires some stairs and I understand it is structurally required because if the terrain of the houses Nainital, and the hosts really cannot do anything about it, but Shivang was really helpful to inform us of the prior to that, and since no one among us had any mobility issue, we were fine. But for someone who has, this property is not recommended. The property is walking distance to the bustand and there are lot of eateries and activities to do around the area. The furnishings in the property were new and fairly maintained, the bedsheets were fresh and the blankets were good and fresh too. The bathrooms were clean and modern, kitchen had all the amenities. Overall our stay was amazing.

The property is undoubtedly beautiful. Kudos to Ravi for hosting such a lovely place. Great access to Mall Road and Bada Bazaar from this property. And for the photo-crazy crowd, just spend some time in the balcony room of this property. You will be spellbound! Big shoutout to Naveen for being the most responsive caretaker. If you want to have a great breakfast, just let Naveen know the night before. He makes some of the best parathas and chai that I've ever had!

I enjoyed my stay. The location was very beautiful and the home was very comfortable and well-maintained. Sanjay was always available to answer our questions. The property is centrally located, close to Kainchidham Temple and Golu Devta Temple, and Nainital is just 11 km away. The society is pleasant, and our balcony offered a nice view of the hills. There was also a taxi service available. I would definitely recommend this place.
