Beautiful one bedroom apartment.

Beautiful one bed apartment which is attached to the side of our family home. Apartment has large lounge with a fully fitted kitchen, large double bedroom and bathroom. Double doors from the bedroom lead out onto a lovely patio south facing garden. Parking is available. Close distance to Terenure, Templeogue and Walkinstown. The 150 , 15a & 54A bus routes are located within two minutes’ walk which will bring you to the city centre. Shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.

Clean, private and spacious self-contained space, suit couple. About 20 mins walk to O'Connell Street. Fully fitted bathroom, kitchen/living room, separate double bedroom. Near shops, pubs, and public transport. Suit quiet, non-smoking couple. Very good public transport, including the newly extended tram. You can get a tram just a few minutes walk away from the flat and it's only 4 stops into O'Connell Street!
