A spacious place suitable for families, with lots of space to spend time together. The house is built on two floors, a total of 160 square meters. The house has three bedrooms + an open sleeping area (preferred by everyone...), a security room, a fully equipped and pleasant kitchen, a barbecue area, a fun gazebo in the summer, direct access to the Beit Zait lake (2 minutes' walk). The house borders a wadi and is surrounded by nature, so you can go for a walk straight from the house. There is a nice chicken coop, a wood-burning fireplace in the winter, a large and spacious garden full of fruit trees. By car, you can reach the center of Jerusalem in 10-15 minutes without traffic jams. There is public transportation every hour.
